The cleanliness of the well appointed rooms, the helpfulness of the owners and staff, excellent safe parking and the view.

The walk into and back from town. It is very steep though not far!

Beautiful view of the countryside from the breakfast room. Room very quiet to sleep in, and very luxurious.

They had a system to stagger everyone coming for breakfast, and we got an early time. Maybe instead they could put more tables out in the main room and allow people to come when they wish. wifi was patchy. They need to have wifi extenders to boost signal round the property

The b and b was situated at the top of Dartmouth so great views but you need a taxi or to drive to get into the town. It was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was great. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful

The only problem we had was the double bed I'm our room. It was a wrought iron bed which squeaked every time you moved ..

Decor & artwork. Delicious breakfast with wonderful views. Friendly staff.

Would have liked some bottled water in the room, and herbal tea bags. The mattress was not the most comfortable I've ever slept on.

Friendly, spotless, very helpful, lovely breakfast, superb outlook.

The climb up the hill from the harbour, it was raining and we couldn't get a taxi. Not the b and b's fault.

Staff very friendly and aimed to please. Lovely clean rooms and comfy beds.

The instant coffee ! A small filter pot and some proper coffee would have just been the finishing touch.

Neil the owner is a really warm, friendly chap who makes sure his guests receive a quality level of customer service and an excellent breakfast. The location is great if you can walk up the steep hill. Its worth it for the fabulous view of the harbour. I would definitely stay there again as it's a lovely boutique B&B.

We liked the location of the property, it was tastefully decorated and the owners were very attentive but without being intrusive. The breakfasts were superb, freshly cooked and the other breakfast options, fruit compote was lovely. It was spotlessly clean at all times.

The only thing we found was the mattress was a little firm for our liking but that did not spoil our stay at the b + b.
