Clean, fresh, airy room with great views over Dartmouth. Ample parking too. Excellent breakfast and friendly owners. Would highly recommend.
Nothing really. Slightly small wardrobe, if you were staying for more than one night.
generally a very nice place
wifi signal not available in room and not strong in other areas
Gorgeous decor. Stunning view. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Dartmouth location.
Great location, parking, lovely decor, little touches like the China tea cups n sugar tongs at breakfast. Very helpful staff and Neil the owner was welcoming and friendly...great B&B
no heated towel rail in bathroom making it quite chilly, owner provided an extra heater which helped
Friendly welcome on arrival and great service. Recommended to return again to stay.
From the time we arrived till the time we went home nothing was too much trouble,Neil our host went out of his way to make sure our stay was most enjoyable, from offering to carry our luggage to showing us with much pride his very well presented Boutique hotel. Wonderful full English breakfast,we will return
Lovely host excellent breakfast extremely comfortable b&b
Comfortable, clean, quiet and very personable owner - very pleasant freshly made breakfast...and a great view from the breakfast room too!
Friendly welcome, excellent breakfast, spotlessly clean throughout. Would recommend.
Welcome, comfort, view, breakfast,Neil was a great host.
Needed more heat at night whilst In bed. T.V needed to be on wall, Another chair would be appreciated, + no plastic glasses please
Everything, staff all very friendly and helpful, love the decor, brilliant location, perfect :)
Clean, friendly and good location for town and coast trips
This B & B was superb and the best we have found in Dartmouth. The owner was extremely professional and the room was so clean and immaculate throughout. Breakfast was also a 10/10. Hats off to a man/team who are working hard to provide an excellent service - hard to come by nowadays. We will return for sure!
We loved the decor and the style of the B&B. Excellent choice at breakfast served in a lovely garden room with views over the surrounding countryside. Plenty of parking at the B&B but worth noting the steep walk to and from the centre it could be a bit challenging for some. We used the local taxi service on one occasion and they were good value. All in all a lovely weekend break.
Friendliness of Niel and his staff. Very accommodating when we were late arriving. Comfortable and homely. It's at the top of Dartmouth and a great (although steep) walk to town. Bus or taxi back up £4-5 . Had a great 3 night stay will go again.
The manager Neil, and staff were very helpful . Good breakfasts.Very clean and modern rooms.
No heating in shower/toilet,not even a heated towel rail!
When the main door opened you could smell the fresh flowers. The accommodation was extremely clean and well presented throughout, and very tastefully decorated. There were framed pictures created by a local artist which complimented the interior décor. The hospitality and the breakfast service was excellent. Good quality products very well cooked and well presented. An excellent view from the dinning room on to the river Dart. Will definitely recommend to others and will go back again myself.
In the bedrooms there were china cups and saucers, a personal thing really but would have preferred a nice mug, personally think would have gone better with boutique style décor.
Very friendly and helpful host
- Friendly welcome - Emmaculate room
- It was a bit of walk into town.
The deluxe room had great views and a beautiful four poster bed
Lack of wall heaters in the bathroom in the deluxe room and found the standard room quite stark and bear. I would have prefered more furniture in there.
This was the cleanest and most friendly B&B we have ever visited. Everything was excellent. We had a wonderful weekend and the excellence of the B&B made our 45th Wedding Anniversary extra special. We have already recommended the Dartmouth Boutique to our family and friends.
Spotlessly clean, everything was very modern and looked quite new. Breakfast was good and served fresh to order. The host was friendly and helpful. The boutique hotel had its own car park.
Up a very steep hill so perhaps not suitable for those with walking difficulties, however a bus stops very close to the hotel from the town centre so that is a useful thing to know. The hotel room was very white and minimalist which perhaps might not be to everyone's taste.
Very welcoming owner. Tasteful decor and great service.
High up on the hill overlooking Dartmouth. Long steep walk down to the harbour, although taxi and bus service very good>
Views. Breakfast. Host.
Needed a shelf in the bathroom. Host could have done with some help.
Parking. Friendly. Good shower. Breakfast. Clean Quiet. Everything
Tea cups too small :)
