Location of hotel is good. Close to shops. Room was clean and just the right size. Drinks at hotel bar were reasonably priced.
Walls in rooms are very thin. Didn't get a good night sleep because of noisy peoole next door.
the receptionists where very helpful to my needs. room was in an excellent condition. bed nice and comfy. and with all the facilities was great value for money. would defenatly stay there again. and would recommend
couldn't get the right temperature of water to come through the shower.
HELP WITH LUGGAGE
POOR FLUSHING OF LAVATORY - Room 126
No hot water in the morning. The TV was at least 15 year old. Food was poor. I would prefer to stay in a budget hotel than this one which is far too expensive for the money asked.
The pool was amazing, and steam room, etc was lovely. The bed was so comfortable.
Where our room was it was close to a corridor entrance and we could hear the door shutting throughout the night and morning.
Room temperature.was very hot and couldn't open window more than 6"
The staff was very friendly the room clean and tidy
All good again no issues or dramas. Rang ahead and got a room where we wanted no problem.
Old school tv's need replacing but that's about it
The location was perfect for my next destination. It's always great to have a coach load of pensioners fill the place!
Receptionist very good
expensive bar, food, no air con, shower water too hot, fan not working in shower room
Had dinner for six that evening, the service and food were very good.
Didn't get to the Leisure Complex, looked in but saw a "quiet" notice so went no further
Breakfast Pool Location
The staff were excellent and very helpful, especially a young lady called Casey, so if you do have a problem they bend over backwards to help solve it. Food very good and not expensive and I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again. and our Grandaughter loved every minute of our stay with you....
The stay was to short and what ever the management are doing they have got it right and the staff are a credit to the hotel, so there are no dislikes about this hotel at all....
Breakfast food excellent.
The staff were very friendly, the spa facilities were enjoyable. The food was nice & well presented.
The price of the food was expensive it was a little off putting. The venue is more for a treat than for visiting regularly due to the prices.
Food and drink were will costed.Had my Grand daughter with me and it was well equipped, staff sorted out a bed for her and she loved the swimming. Well done for a pleasant stay
As it was quite near the M1 I anticipated some road noise but could not hear a thing with the windows open. As quite hot we were provided with a fan which was a bonus. Lovely pool area. Staff really welcoming and helpful. Meal in restaurant was fairly priced and tasty. Will def stay there again
I found it slightly hard to find by my antiquated sat nav
Good value, good breakfast, quiet
Our room was a mile away and we had a three year old, carted bags and toddler down the stairs, down a long corridor, through two fire doors and down another corridor. About 150m away carting bags. Careful which rooms you get. Room was hot at night. Aircon stopped working in the 90's! Too hot for summer.
Clean and tidy. Plenty of free parking.
Felt the £15 charge for average quality breakfast was expensive.
Nice staff, convenient location for the motorway.
Nothing else really nearby, room could do with a bit of modernisation.
Location and leisure facilities
Very hot room and no air conditioning.Fan provided did not keep room cool in hot weather
We liked the rooms they are good value for the money. The leisure centre is excellent we had a really nice relaxing break
We thought the Hotel was really nice the breakfast was excellent but the bar prices were way way over the top :-((
Only had Room Only so cannot comment on spa or breakfast, but room was very comfortable & clean. Would stay again.
Honeymoon ! Would have liked to stay longer . Travel dictated otherwise .
The grand design of the hotel, the helpful staff, and the facilities which I would have liked to enjoy further.
The room was comfortable but very warm, although it did have a fan and the staff were apologetic about the heat.
