this is the second time i have stopped here, its a very nice hotel very well placed for the marsh barton trading estate, right opposite the hotel. food is fantastic as is breakfast. |

Very clean and well maintained Hotel. Staff Excellant and welcoming We stayed in a Premier Room, both room and bathroom very small and old fashioned. Bedrooms are separate to Hotel Facilities, which are of a higher standard than the bedrooms. Having to tolerate the elements to reach Restaurant etc is not acceptible, hence this should be described as a Motel. Bedroom very warm even without any heating, and this was winter and the road outside is too noisey to leave windows open |

Friendly and relaxed. Welcoming and warm. Good location for us for Exeter. We were impressed and felt it was worthy of more than 3 stars. Food was good in the evening in the restuarant and the breakfast too was good. Have recommended to family and friends. |

The helpfulness of the staff was second to none. The food was excellent and the floral displays outside were beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the decor of the room was good. We did not like the number of steps that there were. My friend has difficulty in walking and everywhere there were steps even in the bedroom from the ensuite to the sleeping area. Perhaps we were just unlucky in our choice as I did not specifically ask for a room on the flat. There was no lift. The bedrooms are in a separate building to the function rooms/restaurants and you have to cross a small lane to get to the eating area. |

Car parking adjacent to our room,was handy as we needed to keep some valuables secure overnight. The nearby Park and Ride was a bonus. The room was a bit warm for us, otherwise fine. |

The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the food. Stayed 2 nights never got early morning call once! Motel type rooms close to roundabout tended to be noisy early morning. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The evening meal was superb with plenty of choice on the menu. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and there was ample free parking. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything we needed was there. The pillows were not comfortable and it was difficult to sleep properly. The food in the restaurant was not very good. The menu remained the same all week and there was little imagination in the preparation of the food. The rooms were quite small. |
