great resturant,not cheap cheap.....but fantastic foood,breakfast in the room rate is a must,comfy bed,king size bed,hot water as in hot,was near to exeter, rooms where to warm,and as near to a main road,little noisey,one other thing,the rooms are not in the picture of the main building,that is shown on the internet and in other pics!...but still are ok |

The location is ideal on the outskirts of Exeter. The option to have an early breakfast via room service. Small amount of traffic noise. |

Very comfortable hotel, convenient to Exeter and the surrounding area. Good restaurant and bar facilities. Easily found at the bottom of the M5. The double rooms with king sized beds did not have much floor space but the general comfort and hotel facilities made up for it. |

The breakfast was outstanding. I give it 12 points out of 10. The personel in the restaurant were very professional and very well trained. I give these people and the food the best marks possible. The room service needs improving. We ran out of toilet paper twice. The second time we had to call the night porter. There should be a second roll of toilet paper in reserve like in every good hotel. It just can't be right that after the room is made up there is only half a roll of toilet paper. |

The staff were very helpfull and polite. The food was good. I Liked the hotel because the local population used the carvery the 2 nights we were there. That the room I had was so very hot |

Really pleased with this hotel, we only stayed 1 night as we were travelling to Cornwall for the weekend. We enjoyed the meal in the restaurant which was reasonably priced.Would not hessitate in coming back again. |

The best thing about your hotel were the staff - they were friendly, courteous, professional, very helpful and welcoming. The worst thing about staying in your hotel, was the intense heat in the bedrooms. And if you opened the windows (at the front anyway) the noise of the traffic kept one awake! Otherwise the rooms were perfect. |

Nice large bed. Excellent restaurant. Try and not book a room on the front, very noisy. Bath towels very small, and rooms very hot! |

Staff were very welcoming and helpful.Food in the restaurant was of a good standard. Room was too hot due to the hot water pipes running through and there was no bottled water available in the Rooms. |

The staff were bright and helpful, our room was very clean, Breakfast was excellent, the menu was extensive, we didn't make full use of it having eaten with family the night before! The Bathroom was beautifullu clean and had all the facilities, but it was a little small and cramped. |
