Nice hotel. Breakfast was good too compared to some of the rubbish you get at some of the bigger cheap chain hotels.

Room was a little bit on the warm side

The courtesy and helpfulness of staff were particular features of a very comfortable overnight stay.

Good hotel location, a very good base for exploring the area. A very good hotel room with comfortable bed and facilities. Nice, clean room and bathroom with a bath and shower which worked fine. Easy to find, plenty of free parking available and a bistro / inn next door to unwind in.

Our room was very noisy late night / early morning because there is no sound-proofing evident. So when people move around upstairs or in the communal corridor behind the rooms, e.g. slamming doors, or talking, banging luggage around upon checking-out, then it is very noticeable, unavoidable and makes for an early wake-up or late night whether you want to or not.

We were very impressed with the greeting, design, decor, comfort and cleanliness of the the room. The breakfast and service staff were both spot-on. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Very compact & bijou. Well decorated and good f&F. Great food @ the brasserie. Couldn't fault the place. Would definitely recommend the hotel .

the staff were so helpful , made me feel very welcome, lovely room and all round a good hotel would be happy to recommend to friend and family and colleagues. I like the ground floor rooms with own door to car park :) well thought out. Free WiFi meant I was able to do work even though I was away from home with no extra cost or messing about and free breakfast was a bonus

Right on a major roundabout this in its self not a problem but the sound proofing or lack of was. Noisy rooms with poor ventilation.

Bed linen clean and fresh, breakfast very good. Quite and relaxed.

The accommodation is more like a motel and although the refurbished rooms are good inside the sound separation between them is extremely poor.

The hotel was recommended by a company I was doing business with as being reasonable standard and price and close to their dealership. The hotel is well outside Exeter, close to a business park. It provides Motel style accommodation in one building with food served in a pub next door. Could be a pleasant stop over on a long journey.

The walk to and from the restaurant involves a blind crossing over a minor road. Could be unpleasant in the rain and although warnings are well displayed, dangerous for children. Quoted price did not include VAT which made the cost less attractive.

the beds are very good not cheap!
