My every need was catered for
Nothing everything was lovely.
Location excellent Hotel very clean and staff pleasant.
First night had an evening meal and it was not very nice and over priced ? But cant complain about the Breakfast very nice. Toilet in room are macerating toilet system small bore, the one in our room was noisy and broke on our last day. But having said this we would stay again maybe we was unlucky
Lovely room and found the manager very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others
Great views, friendly staff, parking
Free wifi keeps cutting out!
Good English breakfast. Staff ready to help.
Room 4 heating regulator broken (parts of the mechanism on the floor), impossible to lower the temperature or even to switch the heating off, even with the help of the attendent. As a result the room was overheated. Other signs of lack of maintenance in the room: tore carpet and missing part on one tap in the bathroom. All those small things that added together lower the value for money of the hotel.
Location,attentive staff,good food
Good location for handy dog walks
Room quite small and poorly lit
Had a fab. Time at Devenport hotel staff go completely out of their way to accommodate you the cater for every ones taste in food no matter how picky they are we will defo stay there again as felt so welcome and comfortable beds are fab too x
Food is good Excellent quiz Sunday night Staff are awesome
Bed squeaked Wifi was poor
Really enjoyed my stay
The only negative I have is booking.com sold me a double room and it was a twin, I'm told this was not the fault of the hotel, but they kindly resolved the problem anyway
VERY comfortable beds, room quiet with everything we could need. Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely quiet location. Excellent breakfast. Nice bar with friendly locals.
The pub Breakfast
Room was incredibly hot
Friendly staff always ready to assist in making your stay comfortable. Very good standard of meals for all prices. Hotel bar was always a good place to go as a solo to meet the locals and other guess. The owner and manager Anthony was always available and energertic to ensure your stay was comfortable and value for money.
Wifi was not working property due to a technical issues.
Friendly and very reasonable priced - evening meal and breakfast quick to arrive and hit the spot. Plenty of space to spread about and get on with some work.
Room was basic and furniture showing its age - a couple of the lights were out so the bathroom was very dark (house keeping should have picked this up). The hotel is large and will need continual upkeep (always challenging) so in balance would I stay again if in the areas - yes.
Good food and friendly bar staff. Rooms spotlessly clean and reasonably priced
Two single beds pushed together to form a double
Food in bar was great, good atmosphere nice place to relax. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Only fault is the size of the bathroom in my allocated room. It was so small it was difficult to get into the shower cubicle and I am not fat.
staff very polite food very good rooms clean me and my wife will be going again thanks to all for a good stay
Quality of Hotel and facilities. Attentive Staff Good Breakfast and Service
We did book last minute so I suppose the hurried make up New Year celebrations accomodation, could be expected to a certain degree but felt out of it.
The room was freezin we were in 2 single beds pushed together that kept parting would never stay there again when complained the next morning nothing was said just wanted the money .
The hotel was clean, staff friendly, food good, room and meals were very well priced. We will stay again and recommend it if in the area.
Situation of the hotel in a little village meant that it was not on a busy road and therefore quiet. The staff were cheerful and very attentive. The menu was not huge but the food was well cooked well presented and delicious !
Everything except wifi service
Wifi kept dropping
The location Friendliness of staff
Limited availability of tea bags in room (suggest include choice of herbal teas) Poorly hung window curtain Limited service at breakfast - crockery and 'help yourself' items continually ran out. It seemed that before 9 a.m there was only one staff member in attendance outside the kitchen.
Curtain rail hanging off wall. Shower flooded the floor Shower head kept spinning. Room was very tired Walls dirty Could go on
