The people, the room, the food, the location.....pretty happy with it all. I would recommend it to anyone. The elevator was broken most of the week I was there, OK for me, but made life very hard for some elderly guests.

Eastbourne has always been one of my favorite cities in England. The hotel is a very easy walk from the beachfront as well as shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was our third visit to this hotel and the staff remembered us from our previous visits. We were even given the same room as we had had the previous two times. The staff go out of their way to make you very welcome. Jo you have a great hotel and a wonderful team around you. We will see you at Easter. There is nothing to not like about this fabulous hotel!!

It is close to Devonshire Park Complex, near to the beach and only a short walk to the covered shopping area. Staff are helpful and friendly. There are spacious lounges to meet in and the rooms are comfortable with good facilities. We had the same room as last time and it had been refurnished with tiles on the wall and floors in the bathrooms, which looked good.

Table Service excellent; breakfasts bountiful! Bed was enormous! Room 15 generous in size andcomfort. Very handy for theatres Evening Dinner, although enjoyable, was expensive for us as (very) senior citizens so couldn't entertain a long stay as would have to eat out. Car parking horrendous- too little space and awkward access gave misleading impression when viewed on internet. Had we realised this when searching for our anniversary break it might have put us off.

What a lovely hotel. Very central for theatre, cinema, shopping, beach and great food. The hotel is spotless, and we were upgraded to a suite, which was very comfortable with a bed that could have slept 4 people! Lovely - we would certainly go back again. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Nothing - this is a lovely hotel.
