i stayed in a single room, don't know about double room or others... except its location, I had nothing to be favorable to this hotel... hard to recommend especially for a single traveler!

Charming staff, great location. Very good breakfast . Would definitel stay here again.

Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze and the sink took a long time to empty.

Staff,location, character of building.

The staff was really friendly and helpfull and localization for visiting London very good and peacefull and safe.

In the 3 stars hotel was no fridge, the room was very windy, was in the attic, the bathroom in dust and dirt, old paint everywhere. Very strong smell of cigarettes.

I don't know how I got such a good room rate in such a nice hotel in an excellent area with extremely helpful staff.

Staff is amazing. I've stayed in many hotels in London and they are the best. It offers great value for the money it's located in the heart of Belgravia. You won't find any other such smart deal in the area. It has everyhing you need.

There is nothing I didn't like really and I've stayed there several time.

All hotel needs a serious refresh

From 22 to 24 of February 2013. Location is great, friendly staffs, generous breakfast. We could keep the room till late in the afternoon before leaving.

The Location was excellent - a very safe area and beautiful buildings all around. The staff were friendly. The service at breakfast was excellent. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the service was fantastic. The hotel had a relaxed feel. The beds were very comfortable and the heating in the room was just righgt

Nothing. It was all good.There is no bar but if travellers want a bar they should stay elsewhere or visit some of the excellent wine bars only 10 minutes walk away on Elizabeth Street.

Room was very tired. Walls very thin (could hear snoring!). Not exactly as I was hoping from the description.

An extremely well-located hotel with friendly staff. It has rooms spacious for London standards and offers very warm service. The staff is very friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. Breakfast room is spacious enough, food is fresh and service at breakfast excellent.

Close to Central London attractions and tube/bus services. Large bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast included.

Some satff were very friendly others fairly miserable.

Cold breakfast

The location was excellent, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely!

Helpful staff at reception.

The coffee at breakfast was not fresh and no milk at the room to have with coffee/Tea.

It is in Belgravia and near Knightsbridge but charges Kings Cross prices - which means high rather than outrageous. The grand design of the reception area contrasts with the below stairs feel elsewhere. The latest re-jig was a paint over rather than a revival but I have stayed in worse. Good enough breakfast too.

Eco-lighting in the rooms makes them feel a bit depressing.

Good old fashioned comfort, large rooms, and an ideal location.

The location is wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful; room comfortable by English standards, and shower fantastic.

Would love bigger beds

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Receptionist Cumhur was very outgoing and told us a lot about London in general and suggested places to visit. I recommend to all.

No staff on check out at 6.15 am so was not able to collect pre-arranged breakfast.
