We stayed in room 2 for 4 nights , whilst working at the Bath and West Showground, the room was large, clean and warm as was the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. Received a warm welcome in the bar in the evening and in all the local pubs.

Location near the a303 quite useful. New bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom too small. Tiny loo. Waited 45 mins for cooked breakfast and then gave up and walked out. Was given £10 refund. Woken up at 6.30 on a Sat morning by loud voices talking for an hour in courtyard under window.

The Pub is an authentic Coaching Horse inn. The staff were friendly.

The room was very small. It was not possible for 2 people to move passt one another at the side of the bed.

The shower in the en-suite was brill. Hotel location ideal for what we wanted. Staff friendly and very helpful. Food very good.

The toilets in the en-suite where not designed with the larger person in mind there was not enough space to do what you had to do. Bar prices were a little high.

the room was very good

The staff were in the room above and they made noise when they used it. i was in room 3. but what was most important the charge was higher than you quoted on your booking form.On your form the price Quoted was £192.50 and the price they charged was £241.40. i did have a plate of chips and cheese one day and they charged £3.90 for that. I went to be at the cremation of a friend. i am an 82 year pensioner and my budget must be very strict. Last i would like you to delete me from your mailing list.

Lovely airy clean room Huge bathroom, bedroom barely big enough for double bed, but that's not a problem Friendly staff Excellent breakfast

Slightly expensive for what I got I would expect it to be ~£10 cheaper

Resturant was closed and wasn't advised this until we arrived.

Excellent value for money.children had an adjoining room to ours which they loved. Was a great place to stay for visiting longleat. Evening meal and breakfast was lovely.

Just made to feel so very welcome, was included in the local group in the bar from the onset, thanx for a great stay
