The sun conservatory features a large sun bathing patio which is open daily during the summer months.

There is also a games room, with a pool table and many arcade-style games.

Food & beverage

Your daily dining experience starts with a full breakfast (08:00 until 09:30). Bar snacks are available between 11:30 and 23:30.

Your evening meal is taken from the table d'hôte menu (17:30 until 19:30), which is prepared by the kitchen team, headed by Mr Steven Glover. All dishes are prepared from as much local fresh produce as possible. The Doric Hotel also cater for all types of dietary requirements (inform reception when booking, or on arrival) and have a children's menu.

The bars are fully stocked with beers and spirits from around the world, and a wine list to complement the menus.

By Car
From the M6:
- Take junction 32 onto the M55.
- Exit the M55 at junction 3 and turn right at the roundabout, signposted to Fleetwood (A585).
- At the first set of lights, turn left following signs for Blackpool.
- At the next set of lights, go straight ahead following signs for Blackpool (A586).
- At the first roundabout, turn right signposted to Fleetwood (A587).
- Continue over the railway bridge then turn left at the lights signposted Promenade (B5265).
- Continue forward at the roundabout. At the next roundabout, turn right onto the promenade.
- We are approximately 0.5 miles on the right

By Train:
We are situated approximately 1.5 miles from Blackpool North railway station.
