Rooms pristine Need tighter control over reservation process. For example wewere able to reserve a seaview room only to be called a few days later that a room was unavailable, One would think that that this fact would be easily determined at point of reservation permitting the custormer to search until the ideal room could be discovered and booked..

The only good thing about this BandBwas the view.We had booked 4nights and walked out after one night we are not paying top prices to stay in a box room suitable for a small single. Also health and safety should take a good look at the stair lift. Poor access to the third floor room, and room not fit for use as a double room to small and wonky floors not good for more mature people. This complaint has also been taken up with the Tourist Information in Torquay.The pictures on the web site are very misleading as to room size and and facilities.

“I was impressed when the receptionist showed us to our room and we found all the staff to be lovely. The location was excellent. The well stocked bar (my husband enjoyed the real ale choices) and quality of the food was more than acceptable. My husband (a chef) was delighted with the full cooked breakfast.
