The rooms were very clean and tidy with newly renovated rooms. The staff were very friendly. It was a 5 min walk from the railway station and 10 mins from the beach. The wifi was free and worked well with plenty of power points.The english breakfast was really nice

There was a £2 surcharge for using a credit card.

The room was excellent quality and spotless. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice, very good value for money.

Both my partner and I really enjoyed the service from the staff and how helpful they were with selecting a place to eat. Also, the breakfast in the morning was fab with a wide selection to choose from!

It's not something we didn't like. However, we did think our superior double room was a tad on the small side.

I booked this on the internet back in New Zealand as a venue to stay at while I attended the British Open . It lived up to its reputation as a clean well located budget hotel. ( 5 minute walk to the Railway station ) The service from Chris , the Manager, was outstanding. Double glazing helped too and the breakfast was excellent and quick. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a budget hotel in Blackpool North.

Not much.

Tiny room, it was supposed to be extra large which I paid more for. Bar was closed at 10pm.

My self and my wife found this hotel very friendly and very clean, the service was excellent and very friendly,the breakfast was a very good choice to chose from and staff helpful for other requirements ,would recommend this hotel.

The service is pretty good and it's clean,cheap and very convinent to go to the train station.

I was made to feel welcome the moment I arrived, Chris is one of the warmest people, who couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, and they accommodated my friend when he came through on my last night without any problems. Would recommend this B&B to anybody, and will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to Blackpool

The only thing I didn't like was the fact my time had come to an end and I had to leave.

Really excellent b&b, The staff were very friendly - room comfortable with modern design. Breakfast was excellent. Can't think of one bad thing to say about nthe place and if we go to Blackpool again will stay there again defintiely.

No parking a bit of an issue.

Great breakfast menu and friendly staff. We stayed as a family of three - executive twin room excellent and our son was upgraded to a double room. Sea front and attractions very near to the hotel. Eateries/pubs close by. We stayed at the hotel Mon-Thurs which was probably good as a group of young lads arrived on the Wed (probably for a weekend stay), although to be fair, even though they arrived home very early in the morning, they didn't disturb us too much.

Need to park in the train station car park a few streets away.

Hyggelig personale. Praktisk beliggenhet. Sentrumsnært, men tilbaketrukket og rolig strøk. God frokost.

Små rom. Renholdet kunne vært bedre. Tepper på gulvene lar seg vanskelig rengjøre ordentlig. Omtalt som 4-stjernes b&b, men jeg har vært på 2- stjernes b&b med like høy standard.

We got a really phantastic breakfast every morning with serveral options, also suitable for vegetarians. The deluxe room is set with a wonderful bathroom.

Regarding to previos votings on this property, we expected more value for money. We felt stilted friendlyness from our host. Which means everything which has to be made was done, but their heart isn't into it. Another point is, we had to pay an additional credit card fee which isn't usual for paying an accomodation.

The hotel/guesthouse was true to its website pictures and promotional text. The breakfast menu was good full english +. The food was freshly and well cooked and good quality. More than enough to keep me going all day. The staff were open and friendly. A good stay
