The staff were very helpful and the location is excellent.

The floors were strangely arranged, so the lift didn't actually go to the level of my room.

Size of bathroom

The staff were very friendly on reception even lent us an umbrella at night because it was raining. Excellent location for shops and bars over the road from the winter gardens.

The bathroom was very outdated. I didnt feel like using shower in morning didnt look very good. My friend was given the wrong breakfast it was given to my sister the waitress just snatched it from her and gave it to my friend who wasnt very impressed. The toast wasnt cooked just warmed bread. Was bit disappointed that was charged 2.50 for carpark at back of hotel next day discovered someone had moved my car never mentioned it at reception that they would need to move it.

location,walking distance to shops, nightlife and beach. price was good, staff was friendly rooms were warm and clean

On the door step of the winter gardens Breakfast was nice.

Very dated hotel - in desperate need of some TLC. Rooms were grubby - bedding not fresh - bathroom ( well we didn't even use the shower! ) Very noisy on a night - the walls are very thin.

Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was very well equipped with facilities and comfortable.

Parking was problem in so far as once the car was parked it could not be accessed until leaving.

Very close to main entertainment area

There were parts of the room that had not seen a duster for years! Breakfast appeared good but the food was poor quality: cheap sausage (may have been off - inedible anyway); cheap bacon, baked in oven, so not really cooked on both sides, egg swimming in grease . . . all hot and freshly served by friendly, polite staff. Tea and toast were great!!

very convenient for shows,shopping -well everything.

Very good value for stay. Cheap and central. Rooms a bit old and small, but for the price very nice. Personnel helped with booking of tickets and also adviced on good resturants. A very good stay indeed.

The freedom to come and go. The facilites and the locatoin to services eg tram and pubs
