The Durdans  

The Durdans was set in a quiet town and offered good value for money. Breakfast was good and we had an excellent breakfast conversation with the other guests. The dinner recommendation worked out well.

Everything. no complaints whatsoever. Lovely setting and house. Owners friendly. Room very comfortable. Breakfasts lovely.

Caroline and Andrew were very nice and always thoughtful for everything. I loved to sit in the comfortable guest lounge. It was very clean everywhere. The breakfast was excellent! Will come back sometimes with my wife. Thank you!

The single room was small, not much space between the foot end of the bed and the wall, but room enough on both sides.

The room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic - we didn't eat anything else all day!

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Hopefully we will be returning in the summer.

Lovely welcome from the owner. It was warm and cosy and we felt very relaxed and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Slept badly as the mattress was very very soft and pillows were very very hard!

The breakfast sausages from the local butcher were the best we have had whilst away from home,also the whole meal was very generous.The guest lounge was lovely and so was our room,we really liked the heating thermostat in our room as we dont like a warm bedroom at night.we would happily stay again,this really is good value for money and the owners very welcoming.

There was nothing to dislike.

The place was very much a family run B&B who made us very welcome, the room superb.

If we had one dislike the bed was a little uncomfortable for us, but that would deter us from visiting again.

Caroline and Andrew gave us a wonderful stay at the Durdans, they were so relaxed and welcoming. Our room was spotless, with the crispest white cotton bedlinen. Breakfast was delicious. We certainly hope to return!

We found a lovely friendly family hotel that was relaxing, very clean,very tastefully decorated, would definitely go back, and also some very nice restaraunts close by. We loved it .

We received a warm and friendly welcome in a delightful house in the country. The rooms (we travelled with my sister-in-law, so took two) were very satisfactory; the owners, Andrew and Caroline, could not have been nicer or more helpful; and the breakfast was excellent.

Probably our fault, but we struggled slightly to find it: it should have been simple but it was slightly further out than anticipated; and one of the showers seemed to have a mind of its own as far as hot water was concerned. But these are minor points compared with the overall exellent quality of the accommodation and the welcome.

As we had never used a bed and breakfast before we were a little apprehensive. However the welcome was warm and yet not intrusive, we were very quickly known to the owners and yet they always respected out privacy. The rooms were very comfortable and far enough away from each other to not intrude. We would happily go back for another visit and recommend the Durdans to friends.

Caroline and Andrew were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious and extremely clean and the B&B was in a great location. We had a fab full breakfast the following morning and would love to visit again one day. We would highly recommend

Lovely building, lovely people. The room was very nice, a large size with a sofa. The bathroom was huge. Nice and warm. The breakfast was great with a good choice. Caroline and Andrew couldn't do enough for you, they were very friendly.We would definitley reccomend.

There was great attention to detail. Caroline was always ready to chat & was full of ideas for possible visits. Plenty of parking space.
