Milford Hall is in the heart of this ancient city, just a short walk from the shopping area and cathedral, and is ideally located for visiting Stonehenge.

The room was big and clean and had good facilities. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.
Christmas lights in the breakfast room next door flashed all night in the room. Guests were banging about above till 1 30am, not the hotels fault! The shower head was limescaled up so the water was little more than a drizzle.
Easy walk to town
There needs to be infomation about how to get to the car park. There is no stopping on the main road in front of the facility and it was only by luck that we ended up at the back of the house which is where the cap park is situated
The place was perfect in almost everything. The cooked breakfast was really good.
Nothing to complain about.
Very comfortable accommodation in an excellent size room with en-suite. Good breakfast too. Location good also
Nice place, easy walking into town. Good info. from the people running the place
can't think of anything.
The Edwardian Lodge is spotlessly clean. We had a good size room with en suite, and the bed was very comfortable. On arrival and at breakfast we found the owners very friendly. Plenty of choice at breakfast, the cooked breakfast was very tasty and served hot (which is not always the case when staying at other hotels). There is a lovely walk along the river to the city centre, and when they say it is a 10 minute walk to the centre, it is. Would we stay here again - definitely.
It is hard to find anything to dislike. Probably the only thing to mention was check in being at 4.30pm. Maybe consider changing this to 2.30pm or 3.00pm.
It was a nice surprise to find such a good stopover at such a reasonable price in the centre of such a popular place as Salisbury. Would definitely book again.
Nothing. Everything was fine.
Gluten free breakfast was provided
Great choices for breakfast freshly prepared for you.
Clean, pleasant room, car parking space, free wifi. Excellent breakfast.
There was nothing to dislike.
Position, very relaxed, very organised
Clean ,tidy,comfortable,lovely beds.Excellent breakfast.
An awfull lot of traffic noise in front bedrooms.
room was OK
smell from drains
The Guest House was very comfortable and breakfast was included in the tariff. The room was clean and included tea and coffee making facilities. The owners were pleasant and helpful.
10 minute walk to centre
the location to the job i had the following morning.
i am a big cooked breakfast eater it would be nice to be offered a large cooked breakfast as i had paid for a double room. if i have a large cooked breakfast i don't have to stop again all day. the cooked breakfast was quite small for me but for a person who has fruit and cereal it would have been OK.
Clean, comfortble and could not ask for more. Linen of good quality, breakfast very good. Close to the town centre, within walking distance
Location, clean and 5 min walk to large supermarket beautiful garden
It was very clean and spacy. Room seemed to be newly renovated. Breakfast could be ordered the evening before. The owners were very kind and helpful, they even showed us a diversion due to traffic jam on the main road towards the South West. Also, there were some parking spaces in front of the Lodge which were perfectly good. The city center was a 10 min walk away, however the Lodge was in a quiet neighbourhood.
I stayed at the Edwardian in Aug 2014 and cannot say enough good things about it. Truly had to be the cleanest, nicest place I stayed at in England and I was there travelling a month. Inside and out immaculate and wonderful breakfast served. Owners were very nice and helpful and attentive. Would defo stay here again if I ever came back to Salisbury!
The breakfast was fabulous. The bed was comfortable, quiet and slept well. Good location and off street parking.
Cobwebs in the bedroom, hanging from the lampshade. Decor dated. Room had french doors into the breakfast room, and although there were blinds to close off the doors it meant that the bedroom was quite noisy in the morning.
Lovely people - great hospitality and understanding
Friendly and helpful welcome. Room. Breakfast room. Cleanliness and tidyness. Efficiency. Spoilt for choice breakfast! We are not big breakfast eaters but loved the choice and variety of fruit. Very handy to city centre via a short walk.
Staying one night it is always difficult to settle down in a "strange" location. Traffic noise was a little intrusive at times.
Room, I had the front rrom with on sutie which was comfy and clean. TV, tea/coffee facilities. A good location not far from the town.
breakfast starts later than usual, for me I was on a business trip so had to leave earlier, however the owner did offer to make simething for me to take.
We found this small hotel very comfortable, clean and good value, the breakfast was freshly prepared with a good choice of hot and cold food. The city centre was a 15 min walk and easily accessible
Our room faced the main road where passing traffic noise was more evident than we are used to.
