Clean, comfortable, well specified room in the Annexe on the Car park side of the Hotel. Very friendly and helpful owners & staff. The best Steak & Ale pie ever in Lizzie's Bar at a good price. Some area need decoration and updating.

Good position for a walk of approx 20 mins into city centre or a drive of 5 mins and close to Southampton common in the other direction. Room clean and spacious with amenities usually found in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast included and excellent. nothing to report

Good Breakfast Good Parking Friendly Staff Very convenient location. Bed was too hard for me. There should have been a notice on the bathroom door to say " PLEASE MIND THE TWO STEPS. My wife stumbled down them when using the bathroom during the night

Location and free parking. Staff friendly and helpful, starting from arrival in the car park - ensuring that there was a space. Happy for our son (student here) to join us for breakfast. Breakfast was really good. All very clean and decor to a high standard. We would definately like to stay here again.

Lovely, comfortable, clean hotel. Went on a four day cruise and able to leave the car. Nice to be able to have three of us share a room. Great location off main road, and easy to find. Advert was for free car parking but on booking found out we had to pay £4.50 per day .

good location for various city-trips, ferries and coast. staff very friendly and helpfull. Room and bathroom large, calm and warm. Beds good. Breakfast good and variable. Free parking.

Great value for money, no fuss, clean and comfortable, excellent bathroom. Great we could take the dog! We'll be back thank you Shame the bar was not open at weekends but maybe there is not enough custom for this ....

Warm welcome room was available earlier then expected,room was clean bed was comfy,breakfast was good quality food The only thing i can say is the noise from the road but that wouldn't stop us from staying again would just request a room at the back of the hotel.
