Immaculate hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very convenient for town and facilities.
Very quiet at this time of year. Never saw another guest. Room very cold. Shortage of hot water.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. It was freshly cooked and tasty. I had a single room with en suite. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Would go back again.
Staff were good Bed comfy Breakfast not bad Location good
Rooms weren't very warm had to put more clothes on to sit in room and also to sleep have ended up with a cold Room not very clean TV didn't work well
Friendly staff at breakfast times. Easy access to town centre on foot.
Our room never got freshened up so we had to make the bed and use the damp towels again.
Location friendliness of staff breakfast
Didn't like I had to choose between porridge or cooked breakfast
I was met with a smile staff were very polite during my stay food was good
It was convenient for us and was available at relatively short notice. Also not expensive, with very willing staff.
A somewhat tired building, originally two separate houses but modernised. Creaky floorboards and changes of level.
only one minor problem was toilet in room 4 was difficult to flush. forgot to mention this to staff
The friendly staff and the breakfasts
Situation was good. Bed comfortable and room was clean.
Flooded car park. Staff friendly but could do with a bit of polishing up in their approach to guests. Also noisy squeaky doors at night and people tramping on the stairs and talking at 4 am
