Cannot fault the room was spacious and immaculate. Only issue was the heating. It switched off during night and we were freezing had to put socks and cardigan on to try and keep warm.

I Loved the attention given by all members of staff. The hotel itself is central to not only Ayr but a variety of locations in the surrounding area. Food was delicious

nothing the toilet in the room was dirty , cutlery was ditry , coffee & teapot dirty , room was cold , was very small for a king double room also pillows were rock hard .. staff in dinning werent very pleasent ....

Large comfortable bedroom. Food worthy of a top-class restaurant. Hotel just the right size....small enough to be homely, big enough to have your own space. Great atmosphere in bar. Will definitely use it on next trip to Ayr.

I was only there for two nights, but found it very welcoming and comfortable. I had dinner one night and that was excellent and very nicely presented. Not the cheapest B/B but for the facilities and service it was good value and I certainly had a beautiful single en suite. I am sorry, but this 'follow-up' is far too elaborate and is rather putting me 'off'

Nice hotel near to the centre of Ayr. Plenty of parking space. Clean, tidy and well presented room. Friendly staff. Bar/restaurant smart and nicely decorated. Good food at excellent value for money. Recommended.
