Very friendly and helpfull staff. Food was plentyful, good and well presented. Convenient location.
Towels could have been changed more frequently. buscuits were never replaced in our room all week. car park was always full, even when hotel half occupancy.
breakfast was nice and hot. elderley people may like the decor but really its very antiquated with no set theme or colour scheme-just a huge array of ornaments and pictures from dragons to boats.i must say though-i have never been anywhere so spotlessly clean.whoever cleans all that clutter deserves a medal-not a speck of dust anywhere!
te lady didnt appear to know we were coming-luckily i had my paperwork so we werent turned away. my friend asked for a croissant with her breakfast, but wasnt alolwed as its either continental ie.cereal etc. or cooked breakfast. my daughter ordered the "compote" of fruit- expecting berries and it was tinned fruit! cocktail.i think people expect a full breakfast nowadays due to the buffet styles offerred at premier inns etc.
Nice to have a car park, and to be so close to the High Street. The rooms were a good size.
I wasn't so keen on breakfast, I would have preferred to have a few healthier options, such as fresh raw fruit, and yoghurt.
Lovely house, lovely people, lovely food.
I felt at ease at this place, the staff were friendly but not intrusive. It has an old-fashioned feel. I was able to leave my backpack for several hours on the day of departure allowing me to go for a walk exploring the little hills near Llandudno.
Staff not friendly at all when I missed my stay and asked me to pay the money. Staff cannot understand me and talked as I was trying to make things complicated, which I was not.
Staff is so nice and helpful! Very comfortable and clean room. Value for money!
The hotel was very elegant, clean and well maintained in a very nice location close to the centre of town
The staff is very friendly; the hotel is very nice, clean and cosy; the location is great: almost the same walking distance to the west and the north coast, very close to the Great Orme Tramway stop.
Double room was very well furnished and comfortable. Easy walking distance to town centre and seafront Easy parking Friendly staff Good value for money and good breakfast
Some confusion over check out time. Booking.com e-mail confirmation said it was 10.30am to 11.30am but hotel said this was incorrect and I should have been out of my room by 10.30am. Bedroom was too bright in the morning causing early awakening, needed blackout curtains or similar.
the accommodation was spotless.
the breakfast was disappointing. the sausage was tasteless. not pleased at having to check in within a set time , also prefer to take my room key with me when out or at least deposit it with the desk
The character of the property was nice, comfy bed and staff very nice.
some guests very noisy outside our door, you could hear toilets from other rooms being flushed and filling back up with water which tended to wake you up during the early hours of the morning
Putting my room keys in a glass bowl every time we were out of the building.the 1130 curfew never known that one before a bit restricting.
Very close to centre but still very quiet. Private car parking area. Will be visiting again next year.
The owner was very attentive and welcoming. She made us feel at home.
Having to inform owner if you are going to be out past 11:30, as someone would wait up.
Good location and very comfortable and clean accommodation. Excellent value.
