Lovely house, lovely people, lovely food.
I felt at ease at this place, the staff were friendly but not intrusive. It has an old-fashioned feel. I was able to leave my backpack for several hours on the day of departure allowing me to go for a walk exploring the little hills near Llandudno.
Staff not friendly at all when I missed my stay and asked me to pay the money. Staff cannot understand me and talked as I was trying to make things complicated, which I was not.
Staff is so nice and helpful! Very comfortable and clean room. Value for money!
The hotel was very elegant, clean and well maintained in a very nice location close to the centre of town
The staff is very friendly; the hotel is very nice, clean and cosy; the location is great: almost the same walking distance to the west and the north coast, very close to the Great Orme Tramway stop.
Double room was very well furnished and comfortable. Easy walking distance to town centre and seafront Easy parking Friendly staff Good value for money and good breakfast
Some confusion over check out time. Booking.com e-mail confirmation said it was 10.30am to 11.30am but hotel said this was incorrect and I should have been out of my room by 10.30am. Bedroom was too bright in the morning causing early awakening, needed blackout curtains or similar.
the accommodation was spotless.
the breakfast was disappointing. the sausage was tasteless. not pleased at having to check in within a set time , also prefer to take my room key with me when out or at least deposit it with the desk
The character of the property was nice, comfy bed and staff very nice.
some guests very noisy outside our door, you could hear toilets from other rooms being flushed and filling back up with water which tended to wake you up during the early hours of the morning
Putting my room keys in a glass bowl every time we were out of the building.the 1130 curfew never known that one before a bit restricting.
Very close to centre but still very quiet. Private car parking area. Will be visiting again next year.
The owner was very attentive and welcoming. She made us feel at home.
Having to inform owner if you are going to be out past 11:30, as someone would wait up.
Good location and very comfortable and clean accommodation. Excellent value.
Very nice people nice breakfast
Family atmosphere and good English breakfast. Very helpful and professional staff.
Lovely little B&B, perfect location for me as I was attending a nearby training course, excellent value for money, the lady (a Freind of the owner) was looking after the place for him and was so kind and accommodating....thank you for a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay their again...And...free parking facility was an absolute bonus! :-)
The food is excellent, the rooms comfortable and the staff are friendly and caring. We look forward to our annual stay at The Epperstone and enjoy the welcome we always receive.
Friendly relaxing hotel, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Quiet location not far from shops and beach.
Suited us fine, no complaints.
Friendly with the charm of an old-fashioned seaside guest house. Very relaxing.
Was geared towards old people
polite, good food, clean and comfortable.
Friendly staff. Good priced B&B.
It was very nice to have a sofa in the room.
It was not child friendly even though the main reason I booked was because they offered family rooms. When we went down to breakfast we had to wait for 40 minutes in the lounge, with a 14 month old and a 2 year old, because there was another family using the highchair. We were assured our table would be ready the next morning, which it was, but when we were half way through our breakfast another family came down who needed a highchair and they had to wait in the lounge while we finished. This made us feel very uncomfortable and had to rush to finish our breakfast so as not to keep the other family waiting too long. I did wonder if the other family would have been told to wait for us to come down to breakfast, if they had come down first; as we had been assured the highchair would be available for us.
