Poor shower, intermittent temperature, fan not working. Snotty breakfast eggs! Yuk

Location of the hotel, view from the hotel (I have chosen a room with sea view and I recommend ), they have a special area for kids where they can play while you are drinking your beer and/or play pool.

I stayed only one night :)

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was in the perfect position of the town.Decor and facilities up to modern day standards. Fantastic 2 night stay.

Perfect beach location and the fact that the surf hire shop and shower facilities were so close was a wonderful bonus.

The location,Easter activities for my daughter,entertainment was all good. Pool was clean and not too busy so were able to swim etc. always clean towels available

Shower pressure was so low it took ages to rinse hair etc. water did go brown for a bit but was sorted very quickly . Also fire alarms went off twice ( testing) but we were not told so my daughter was anxious and panicked Would of been good to of put a notice in the reception.

Location, view on the beach and the pool

There is no gym, the restaurant service was long and you had to pay for the drinks when served, separately from the food which you pay at the end of the dinner.

Very close to the beach and great views of the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was a bit far away from the shops and town of Newquay. Too many children over Easter! Shower went hot and cold. Food for dinner in the hotel wasn't very good.

Service and location are great.

Don't enter the pool/spa - it is very old, seems not hygienic and dirty.

Location was amazing, we loved all the activities for children like ester biscuits decorating , magician , Easter egg hunt . Very clean room and comfortable! We will definitely come back

We were disturb by the family staying above us! Lots of crying, jumping and screaming ...!!! But it was quickly sorted!

The view was fantastic and the staff friendly but efficient. Thr room was well furnished but the mattresses a little old. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with sea view!!

The wash basin had a large crack in it. The breakfast was buffet style therefore not freshly cooked to order.

Excellent location and facilities. Also has a sister hotel 5 minutes away which compliment one another. Nice relaxing place.

Friendly honest staff

The interior design was extremely current and the quality was very good. Our bathroom was very tastefully done with the latest sanitary wear and tiling. The bed was a 6ft, however if it was 2 singles together, you were unable to feel the join because of the topping

A lovely hotel with friendly efficient staff

Great location with excellent good and alround great value.

For us only, a family room with a separate room for the kids would be fantastic for our next stay.

The hotel is in a good location for us to visit family near Newquay; it also looks out over Fistral Beach, one of the most famous surfing locations in the world. Newquay is a short walk away. The hotel staff were really very good, including the night porter when we checked in at 11pm after an 8 hour drive to get there; both he and the bar-man were a credit to the hotel in how they dealt with a late arrival! Friendly, welcoming, great facilities, very child/family friendly - lovely sauna, jacuzzi and pool with a great kiddie pool attached to the main pool, suitable for very young kids. Our little one is 3 years old and swimming is a priority to us, this pool was great for the family!

The room was clean and comfortable and the use of Fistral Spa excellent .

The location of our room in amongst a very noisy hen party. The fact that we had booming music from a private function below our room until late, we came away to relax and would have booked somewhere else had we been pre warned of this. At breakfast on Sunday we waited 25 minutes for a table, as it seemed they were all pushed together to accommodate large groups, couples seemed to be forgotten. This is no reflection on the staff who worked tirelessly. The sauna was not working.

We had a problem with our room and were moved to a different room with no fuss and the staff were very pleasent about the situation.

Superb location.Really enjoyed the reception area having a drink over looking the beach and excellent breakfast and had nice food on one evening.excellent staff.

Our room was a bit stuffy and hot,but staff where quick to supply a fan.No view,had to connect up ariel to tv on arrival!!,not to much of a problem as I knew what to do!!.

It has beautiful rooms especially those overlooking one of the best sea views anywhere and its staff service and restaurant is excellent.
