It was very convenient for town and far enough from the noisy centre. We were not informed prior to arrival that the dinning room was closed for a function. We then went to the sister hotel, who could not accomodate us when we arrived and had to wait for something to eat. |

The meal was very nice and the breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable, in general the room was fine. Hygiene wasn't great stains on the back of the toilet, was disappointed that we had to pay an extra £10.00 on top of the £80 to reserve a parking space ,with what we paid for the night we should'nt have had to pay any more |

The view of the beach. Paying for full at time of booking with no redress if things went wrong. Limited parking and not being told that some was available at the sister hotel. Lots of noise from other guests when in the bedroom. |

Very noisy, over-priced, poor breakfast, Staff did not even ask why we were leaving 1 day early !! Parking is a joke - had to walk half a mile, then get told you need to pay an extra £10 a day to guarantee a space !Tv had bad reception......just poor in general ! |

We really appreciated our early check-in time, it made our stay more relaxing. We really liked the relaxed atmosphere and location of the hotel. Our room was above the dancefloor, not a problem for us but families staying in that room may not have appreciated the loud music until midnight. The floors above our room (118) were quite squeeky. |

A well run friendly hotel which has obvious had a reasonable amount of investment recenty. The negative points notes are there to indicate improvement and should not detract from an otherwise excellent stay. The Spa facilities available at 'The Bay' sister hotel were excellent. 1. No outdoor pool as advertised. 2. Spa facilities at sister hotel, not at Esplande, 3. Spaces between lobby and rooms require updating, 4.Externally not transformed and visually unappealling, 5.Car park spaces too few and presented challenges, 6. Lacks decent views across the bay which could be solved with an outside mezzanine above the car park 7.Pricing based on per person is old hat and should be replaced by room rates. 8. More family suites required, there was only a twin and a single available for me and my two children and these were at the oposite sides of the hotel. 9. The rooms were excellent, including a large LCD TV but with such a poor reception it was broadly unwatchable.10. Spa facilities are only available to 16yrs & over |

My room location was lin a very noisy corridor and you need to get the door oiled and put on a spring, as with people constantly walking through the door squeaked everytime it was opened and then was left to slam shut. I was in room 128. |

Views from the room were great overlooking the sea. Mattresses were terribly hard. My wife tried sleeping in the single bed but it bed made so much noise every time she moved, neither of us got any sleep. |

lovely view of fistral beach and only a short walk into town. Parking wasnt good at all struggled for half an hour to get a space when we arrived due to surfers parking on the road rather than fistral beach car park which of course is a pay and display and limited spaces for the hotel. So once we got a space we didnt move the car for 4 days. Didnt seem to be much in the way of food menu's limited choice but the breakfast was superb, plates could be a little bigger though. |

This hotel is located right in the hub of Newquay’s vibrant town, with many beaches, shops, bars restaurants, clubs and attractions on your door step. |
Glendorgal Resort is refreshingly different. It is set in 17 acres of private headland overlooking the Atlantic and providing magnificent views of the beautiful North Cornwall coastline. |
John and Debbie would like to welcome you to The Glendeveor, a few minutes walk from the beaches, shops and facilities of Newquay. |
Close to Newquay’s beaches, town centre, clubs and bars, this family-run bed and breakfast is the ideal destination for both relaxing breaks and active holidays. |
