The proximity of the hotel to a number of good quality restaurants.
Due to the wheelchair accessible accommodation being close to the hotel entrance we were disturbed by late revellers.
The atmosphere and service
Bed too small and narrow.
I loved everything!! The restaurant, the staff, my room, the breakfast... Very friendly people, we will come back for sure!
the staff here are great - they are all helpful - Bekki is brilliant - found me a lovely quiet room at back oh hotel . meal in restaurant was nice and staff attentive, real ales on tap too.
The room was lovely considering how cheap the hotel cost in Gerrards cross. Staff looked after you very well and free parking which is a bonus.
Some of the chairs by reception looked tired.
Very comfortable bed. Room was clean. Shower was effective. Excellent wi-fi reception.
Noisy outside bedroom window (smoking area). Very poor service in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast.
Helpful staff. Well equipped and comfortable rooms. Parking excellent and good restaurant and bar with outside facilities.
The staff were extremely helpful and really family friendly. The lady on reception was really helpful and gave us advice on local amenities to take the children in the evening. I had forgotten my phone charger and the night porter went out of his way to help me find a spare in the hotel. The hotel was clean and our room was amazing! A room for the boys and a room for us mums! All in all a really enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.
Great location. Nice bar and restaurant and outside areas to eat or drink. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly staff Excellent location Value for money
The room was a good size and bed very comfortable. There was a problem with plumbing soon after we settled in, and we were moved very quickly. The breakfast was cooked to order and had good variety. Above all, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only negatives were noisy guests at 7.00 Sunday morning and the fact that the restaurant had that ghastly Costa coffee (fortunately not for breakfast).
Walking distance from the station Convenience of restaurants and shops
Finding reception staff is a bit tricky at times, and our requested alarm call never came
The location The Pub Food Staff was nice
The matress was horrible so sleeping was difficult There are no wash clothes provided
Comfortable and convenient. Friendly helpful staff
A hotel with original features that have been somewhat left intact to my great relief. Great size bedroom Comfortable bed Efficient receptionist Courteous Lovely bathroom with full size bath Excellent value for money compared to other hotels in the area (I know pretty much all of them)
Can't make any comments about the food as I was invited elsewhere.
The staff couldn't do more! Fantastic throughout!
It was a bit pricey- if the breakfast was included it would have been a lot fairer price wise
great location for local transport
nothing to dislike
Excellent welcoming and helpful staff. Very good for Heathrow access
The only shower and basin toilette supply was empty soap dispensers. The toilet did not flush properly. There was only a half used toilet roll and no spare. The heated towel rack did not heat up. They allocated us another room and yes they credited us for one night but overcharged us for the next second night. The third night was ok, but not up to the standard that you would expect from the area. It is an affluent part of North London.
Bed comfy, bathroom clean, quiet location, free parking, helpful Manager. Pub grub available.
Carpets need a steam clean, edges very dusty. Funny smell in the corridor.
It is in a fantastic location for the train link into London, beautiful surroundings, Wentworth Golf Course and Windsor Castle. Easy access to local town with plenty of cheaper places to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms need updating. Plaster on the bathroom ceiling was falling down and the bedroom needs a new lick of paint. But think they are in the process as my parents room a week later after we stayed was newly painted.
the staff are helpful polite and great people - food in restaurant is very good value and served hot, which is nice these days of fast - fast -fast - waitresses are friendly and smile
Restaurant and the Bar.
Well received at Reception The room was clean and tidy Food and Staff. Very polite and welcoming I would book again in the future
