the location was easily found.the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. the facilities were excellent. the food was great and the choices good.our visit was made good by the great service from the staff
Good welcome from batman Chris. Very helpful re getting to and from Amex stadium, and arranging a cab into Brighton. Room was fine, bathroom ok.
BandB on main read, difficult to get to brighton football ground. Extra rooms being developed for BandB, so pretty untidy in and around the building. Twin room, one bed was very squeaky.
Very convenient for M40, pleasant outdoor seating area, free parking, good atmosphere inside the pub. Friendly & helpful staff. Good selection of eateries in town.
not a lot
poor communication between reception-bar-restaraunt
Food and accomodation
Brilliant stay. Very friendly and helpful staff at check-in and throughout the stay, room upgraded on arrival to a massive one!! Nice pub/restaurant attached, room very comfortable. Excellent all round.
Checking in was very easy. Room was very pleasant and clean. All the basic facilities were available including free car parking. Breakfast was excellent and one could have as much coffee or bread as one could eat. Checking out was just as easy and unhurried. Overall a very relaxed stay.
Staff were excellent
clean and good food
Location, good size room and bathroom
Rooms shabby and very dusty, found coin down by side of bedside table which obviously had not been cleaned for quite some time because even the coin was covered in dust. Noise from downstairs until late and from very early in morning!
We found this hotel very comfortable. The room was spacious, with good size bathroom. We were visiting relatives and needed a base, This hotel fitted the bill. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty.
Room size was ok
Cigarette smoke smell in room
Lovely place with air com in rooms and plenty of space.
The cooked breakfast was not freshly cooked and a bit soggy.
The room size was spot on and location to Legoland was brilliant. You miss all the regular Legoland traffic because of its location. Staff were very friendly even though we got the at at very busy time for them they were still helpful and friendly.
TV remote for the second room was missing so kids had to keep coming and getting ours. Only one roll of toilet roll in Bathroom although we didn't use it all anyway. No extra pillows on wardrobe. We didn't phone down though because we are not a complaint family. Only thing that did annoy me was the price of the Traditional English breakfast which wasn't very big when it came. Butane that's a reflection of the area as we are from East Midlands and things aren't as pricey up here.
Good location Lots of choices for breakfast Very clean
Service for hotel restaurant quite bad (outside eating) Wifi connectivity limited in some rooms
Comfortable, quaint room Helpful staff Easy car parking Short walk to the main street and commonland
Location, very easy access by train to london. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food onsite was excellent and great value for money.
The room we were in was very hot, it was air conditioned but we should have realised this wasnt going to be sufficient when there were also 2 fans in the room. We slept with all 3 on all night and while you got used to the noise it was still hot in the room. Strangely i would still choose to stay here again in future, just not in room 25!!
Close to Heathrow in a small village. with a good restaurant - also close to the village center if you wish to try also others. Nice rooms, fair internet access.
relative long time until somebody take care of you in a restaurant.
Comfy bed Good shower Quiet
Couldn't checkin until 2:45 rather than 2. Checkin staff didn't seem unduly bothered. Minor problems in room. Kettle switch had to be held down to get kettle to boil. One of curtains partly unhooked
A bit tired
Courteous, helpful staff Willing to please and going the extra mile! Travelling alone in my sixties the staff were very supportive
No faults at all
Good location in the centre of Gerrards Cross.
Very soft mattress. Door into the hallway do nothing to block the noise from the corridors out. A bit tattered around the edges.
Friendly and helpful staff
