Staff friendly. Location perfect for my business needs that day
I was awake all night wondering when the sheets has been washed last, if the stink of the sheets would go away with sufficient perfume and who's public hairs were on the sink. Sorry to be graphic but it was unbelievable
Lack of breakfast, old cigarette-burned furnishings, stained carpets, spots on bed linen. Out door lighting broken - couldn't see key hole and had to fumble in dark, stairs to landing also had no lighting - major safety hazard - no power socket to charge phone etc

Bit dark this time of year in the courtyard
Location was convenient for purpose.
The rooms were't very clean. The hospitality tray hadnt been stocked up. The television did'nt work. They were apparently having work done in the kitchen, so there was no cooked breakfast on offer.I wasn't informed of this prior to arrival, neither was it mentioned when we arrived and we intended to stay for breakfast, although we had booked room only. My sister's family , however, who had also stayed the previous night, took the option of a "breakfast tray in the room". This was then put in the room overnight and they were expected to eat dry croissants, warm fruit cocktail and warm fruit juice! NOT acceptable.
Free parking Clean towels
No cooked breakfast Breakfast tray placed in room in evening so food not fit to eat as risk of food poisoning !! TV did not work room dark & damp Noisy Lumpy bed
Comfy bed Thankfully only 1 night stay
No bar or restaurant available No wifi in room Dark and poor lighting on outside stairs to room
Room in Brigg centre.
Room very basic and outside area lighting very bad when coming back at night.
Externally it is a pretty layout of rooms around a courtyard. It was quiet enough.
Rooms needed updating. Currently it seems to aim itself at workmen staying not for business or leisure accomodation. Stone steps to upper rooms not good enough for anyone old or young kids. No breakfast available. The whole place smelt a bit musty and unused, wouldn't stay again. £40 a night isn't really fair value for what it was but everyehere around there was so expensive it made it fair for the area. It could be a really nice place, just needs some TLC and vision by someone.
no breakfast option, so cost of room a bit pricey!
Friendly staff, Price, Comfy room
Very Dark from car park to room.
central location in the village. lots of bars of poor quality
steer well clear of this place
Price. Room was clean and adequate for an over night stay. There was adequate parking and restaurants within walking distance.
Not easy too find. You turn up at this hotel and book in with member of staff on duty. You are given a room key and go to your room which is off an open corridor and that is it. No one is on duty over night or in the morning. You post your key through the letter-box. Very few other guests. I suppose you get what you pay for. But I would like a receipt!
The pub and restaurant side of facility was closed don't know if that's permanent. Had to go out not too far down the high street to find restaurants
Convenience of location. Cost
No hot water available for bath or sink. Unhelpful resolution and feedback from reception when raised. Tended to be used by workmen as diggs. bar/Restuarant area was deserted
No food available !
