Lovely hotel, just right for a short break
Breakfast was very nice, well sized room, would come back agen.
Music playing loud into the night. Could hear very clearly.
Located right opposite the beach, friendly staff, lovely breakfast
rooms a bit dated
breakfast shower was very good cleaners very helpful
window too high up in bedroom no fresh air in bedroom bedroom very dark and gloomy reception staff were unhelpful and quite rude too busy chatting to other staff
Overall we liked our room and the staff was very polite and helpful will definitely stay again.
Only problem we had there was only a little gap between the end of the bed and the side.
Location, Breakfast, staff, entertainment, Shower.
Parking, dated bedroom,
Great location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast
Dated decor throughout, small rooms, most uncomfortable bed I've slept in ever
The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly.
comfy clean room food excellent enjoyable stay
The hotel is wonderful and centrally located. You just get out of the hotel and you are on the beach. The venue is also a 5 minute walk away from the ferry and 20 minutes away drive or bus from Lulworth Cove where you can visit Durdle Door. The staff were very helpful with everything we needed.
The only minus is that we had a room near a ventilation shaft which was noisy during the day. It got shut off around 10pm and back on around 8-9am.
Crisp clean sheets on the bed, white fluffy towels, clean bathroom, view from bedroom window
we booked a 1 night last minute trip for 3 rooms 1 twin and 2 singles. which was upgraded to 3 twins at no extra cost. breakfast was excellent and waited on by very attentive staff (no waiting around)
bedroom furniture is a bit dull and dated, (dark brown wood) can be a bit noisy at night with young drinkers.
We liked the situation, right on the sea front, the cleanliness, the food in fact this Hotel is real value for money.
Very good location, good breakfast and good service.
Liked towels changed every day .and the beds where very clean.also entertanement was good.
The fact that my husband as disability,so booked a parking space, month before.but on arrival was told by receptionist that there where not spaces left,so had to park out the front of hotel, and could not use car all week, afraid of loosing space ,as alternative was to far away.
very close to beach
On seafront, so able to have nice walk. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
Parking awkward. Difficult to finda space during day.
Location on sea front
Rear bedrooms Noise during night time from rear alley Plastic dining room seat covers Cold cooked breakfasts Tired dated decor
Location was great and the food was good price excellent
Rooms very small but price made up for it
Good friendly staff, free live entertainment and clean rooms all at a bargain price, what's there not to like.
Food good, location brilliant, staff very helpfull and friendly.
Very clean good service, friendly helpful staff good location, although we did not have dinner there heard good reviews from other guests
The location is good, the old-fashioned exterior is attractive, and the room was quite comfortable. The quality of the breakfast food was fair, and the waiting staff were eager to please.
As others have said, finding your room is quite a mission; the winding corridors and steps up and down confuse many, particularly elderly guests. A breakfast buffet, rather than table service, would have been preferable, to accommodate our dietary peculiarities.
Good location and friendly staff.
In need of modernisation and redecoration.
