Size of room and outlook.
Low bed, hard to get out of.
Great location, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable. Jason was very helpful and helped to make our stay most enjoyable
Location Friendly warm attentive informative hosts Spacious room Breakfast All you want and need from a B&B
First class, comfortable and friendly. The honesty bar at normal prices was an unexpected bonus as these things normally come at vastly inflated prices.A must to revisit
Welcoming cup of tea, nothing too much trouble. Room size was good, and cosy. Breakfast filling and well cooked. Excellent hosts.
Shower temperamental, but no big deal.
excellent hosts made very welcome on arrival asked if we wanted coffee + biscuits most unusual but very nice touch. breakfast in morning very good all in all one of the best bed and breakfasts we have stayed in and we stayed in plenty
What was not to like about this hotel. Good food, clean rooms, helpful owners who went out of their way to give advice on the area and how to get about economically. Centrally located for all shops and local transport. Definitely return here for another stay.
Have been to the Fairmile a few times, such a lovely comfortable hotel, spotlesly clean, superb breakfast,Jason,Melanie great couple,so convenient for everything enjoyed our visit
A very enjoyable stay with very friendly hosts who went out of their way to guarantee your comfort. A quiet location yet easy strolling distance to sea front and town centre.
Room . Exellent. Hosts exellent. Breakfast exellent
We tend to forget that Britain has some great B&Bs and can easily forsake them in favour of the budget hotel chains. Staying at the Fairmile just reminds you that there are some great B&B alternatives with friendly owners who go that extra (fair) mile for guests and include superb breakfasts in their very reasonable prices.
Ideal central location, two full size beds in the family room which was a bonus for the children. Jason was really helpful and friendly with coffee on arrival which gave a warm welcome. Great breakfast which made this a really good value hotel.
Just very good. Nothing else to say.
Close to The Square, comfortable guest lounge.
The location The lovely couple who run Fairway Everything; a real gem!
The staff were very warm and welcoming. The cleanliness of the room. The building and rooms still maintained character. More personal than your average Travelodge/Premier Inn. Breakfast was delicious.
Nothing to lower ratings but the shower although new wasn't fixed very well we had to jam it into position. Also little odd bits such as the tap cap came off whilst turning it, curtain tie backs were very loose in the wall just something for maintenance to have a little look over. Honestly nothing major, very slight things.
We liked the location of the hotel it was very central. The breakfast was very good the next morning . The owners could not do enough for us.
I felt the bathroom a little small and that there were a few stairs to get to our room but other than that everything was fine.
Nothing to dislike about this hotel, its become an annual visit for us as it is very convenient for St Annes old links golf club, great location, very friendly hosts, comfortable and would recommend it to anyone
Made very welcome and children too! Where most hotels fail, the fairmile excelled by making children welcome. We will return and would recommend to anyone with or without children
Everything. The small touches like the large choice of jams, fruit etc. Getting a cup of tea as a welcome was nice. Also the residents lounge was a bonus.
The room was gorgeous and as the superior room had good wi fi , lovely bed, a bowl of fruit , tissues, a box of chocolates, a cafetiere for fresh coffee, cookies etc The welcome amazing with a pot of coffee presented in the lounge with biscuits. Our teenagers , 15 and 18 were made just as welcome - even when one was hungover! The honesty bar was great - making the stay very reasonable - cokes - 50p bottle of wine £6 etc . Fabulous.
Nothing ! The shower was a little tricky but could possibly have been our ineptitude!.
The Fairmile is a comfortable hotel, ideal for families. Excellent breakfasts. Staff very friendly and with many helpful tips. Easy walk to shops and to the beach. Proximity and links to Blackpool ideal, if you want that scene but at the same time want to get away from it.
Parking was a bit of an issue. Although we always managed to get a space on the road outside, it was tight.
A fantastic B&B where you are made to feel very welcome. Kids are well catered for. Toys and books provided in lounge and family room. Lovely breakfast. Spacious family room. Would thoroughly recommend.
