Staff who could not do enough for us or our kids. Lovely home cooked food. Felt like we stayed with family. See you next year
Nothing seriously nothing
Beds were reasonably comfortable and shower was good. Generally the staff were friendly.
The service in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was awful. Not only had we to wait an unacceptable time for service but we had requested a gluten free meal, which was recommended by two members of staff, however when.the meal was finally brought to the table it was not gluten free; this would have caused severe illness to the member of our group who had ordered it.One waitress was particularly turbulent and unhelpful.
Warmth , cosy and great food
The food was first class both main and breakfast. Staff were polite and helpfull and took time to chat. Log fire with a whisky bliss.
Arrived to room to find absolutely freezing. Hotel should have prepared and had heating on for residents. Took ages to heat the central system radiators. Good thing they had a halogen heater there as well
Friendly and helpful staff
Poor location, tired and old decor, wifi poor, breakfast was meagre - a cooked breakfast was extra. Would not stay again.
Room was cold initially
New bar girl had lovely attitude and manner
We couldn't find the room in the dark
The breakfast yoghourt.
1. The dithering, tattooed-covered staff at reception. 2. The dithering tattooed staff late for early breakfast. 3. Paying twice what it was worth.
Very friendly Excellent food Lovely atmosphere
The location was excellent for us. The staff were great. A jewel of a place
The heating should have be on prior to us arriving
Was a lovely hotel and the staff and room where fantastic
very good location , great staff , fantastic food good beer , recomend the suites great space
nothing !!! I stayed another nite !!
Staff helpful and friendly. Location was nice, very quiet. Cleanliness of family room and bathroom. Continental breakfast was okay.
Bed far too firm completely unable to sleep. Cooked breakfast would have been better not sure why paying guests are classed as non residents and have to pay extra.
The location was ideal for our needs and the village of Glenfarg is beautiful and was great for walking the dog. Theresa (the owner) is a star and couldn't do enough for us. We would definitely recommend the Bein Inn for friendly service, relaxed surroundings and excellent food!
Food and staff were great.
Super expensive do to close location for Ryder Cup parking and shuttles
Accommodation 1st class. Service excellent. Staff very friendly. Luxury suite ideal. Food fantastic ( I am a chef) could not fault our break.
Staff were very pleasing when we couldnt make breakfast gave us a packed lunch which we found very grateful greeted us with a smile each time and overall just what we needed after a long journey took us to our room didnt just send us off with the key to find .building is bigger than looked and in a lovely location
Lovely peaceful area, with indivual accommodation out with the inn which were very nice and spacious inside.
Very comfortable weel worth the money
No reception for mobile, which is needed for contact work purposes at all times
The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable.
Heating in the room was poor.
Friendly staff Rural location
Rather worn in parts Peeling wallpaper and shabby Poor service Poor breakfast
food was amazing staff were so welcoming and friendly generous sized rooms perfect location great service food was amazing, said it twice because it was that good
mattresses were a bit hard
Enjoyed our brief stay at the Bein Inn and would return. Food great. Superior room spacious, clean and comfortable with good facilities. Front of house staff very courteous and competent. Dogs also allowed, which was a key reason for choosing to stay here.
Only downside was we would have expected a bit more attention to detail for the price - mould on shower curtain and tile grout in en-suite could easily be rectified. And unfortunately we found mouldy food in the room fridge. However, staff appeared suitably apologetic when we reported this.
the spaciousness of the room, very good beds and pillows, and the friendly staff
The lack of paintings or other pictures on the walls of our room!
Staff pleasant and helpful. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms.
The location of this hotel is a downfall. No lighting in the lobby heading to my room at night. Wifi intermitant. Visible damp in room. The food was not up to much I had the steak pie and chips with vegetables. The pie was lacking taste .
