the rest of the stay
Pub next door cheap meals Nice rooms Good location
Uncomfortable bed Noisy toilet flushes Unnecessary long wait for a cooked breakfast on an already busy morning caused stress
Super close to ewood park, amazing breakfast and great pub right next door
There wasn't always someone in reception
For an overnight stay this was acceptable. The room was spacious enough for our family of 3 and quiet enough to afford us a good nights sleep.
The toothpaste residue in the bottom of the water glass in the bathroom. Frayed towels. Bathroom panelling secured with cellotape!
Hotel was in a location with no surrounding attractions bar the football ground. The hotel was unstaffed being run by the PH next door.
Friendly staff Excellent value for money Great breakfast Modern room
Cobwebs in room Bathroom panel sellotaped on
Nice clean room , lovely staff definitely value for money , would stay again
For the price this is great value Good size room
Breakfast was a little on the greasy side.
No phone in room , no mixture taps in hand basin ,Bathroom curtain was dirty , stain chair , only one towel supplied for two person ,
Only 2 pillows for a double room. Ordered a family room but got a double. Only 1 plug socket in room. Mould on roof of bathroom. Mould on shower curtain.
Not very clean!!

Lovely staff and a great park for children
Rooms are spacious and bathrooms ok. Food is pub grub but well priced.
Not enough staff on in the morning. I person was serving breakfast and checking people out!
Checking in was a bit of a nuisance, informing me that I have no reservation for the night. But was sorted after awhile
Excellent location near Ewood park. Good was excellent and reasonably priced drinks where cheap. Room was clean and comfortable. Fab breakfast in all superb value for money.
Bathroom door creaked very loud and room could do with a paint.
The pub next door food was ok at not a bad price.
The door to the room would wake the dead when you open or closed it. Room 6 Only one pillow each.... Buy some more The room and hall outside could do with a good clean. There was a damp smell in the hall way. The window did not close right. And we where on the ground floor. No remote for the tv had to go and ask for one. And I don't like rooms the have doors leading to other rooms. Extractor fan did not work in the bathroom and it could have done with a good clean too.
Lovely place to stay, staff are fantastic. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Reasonable price to pay.
No loyalty cards for repeat customers.
Location was good for what we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Batteries didn't work in tv remote, bed very itchy and uncomfortable. Hand and finger marks on head board assuming from previous guests. Wasn't impressed with the breakfast.
Good size room for family
Bathroom was dirty, nobody on reception, waiting time for food at restaurant was awful.
The hotel room was big.
Our room smelt really bad, it stunk of cigars/cigarettes. I was literally heaving! We waited ages for breakfast but that was due to lack of staff. the toast was just bread, the rest of the breakfast was ok, the beverage cups/cutlery were dirty.
Easy access to towns and motorway. Good pub grub, staff more than helpful at evening meal and also breakfast would highly recommend The Fernhurst . Will stay again
Disappointed that we couldn't access wifi with either our ipads or mobiles anywhere on the site.
We were biking from Land End to John O Groats. The reception staff could'nt have been more helpful and let us lock the bikes up on the premises.
Close to where I had to be
Filthy loud and no service
