The staff were very friendly and its location was excellent. Rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was heaven! No...the only thing was that there was no IPOD dock in our room, but this very minor. |

The room was comfortable and and well layed out. with a shower and bath, the bathroom was very nice. The staff were very helpful. The reception area was also very nice. The only thing I can say I didn't like, is the fact that we only had one night there. |

Ultra modern swish and very stylish! Breakfast poor ! tea and coffee cold, toast was warm bread ! sausage potatobread, and egg poor quality ! next time I wont take breakfast! |

The room was a good size and the shower was huge. Plenty of storage and loved full size kettle abd cafetiere The restaurant was booked out and it wasn't immediately clear from the website about the car park. Overnight parking rate was expensive and adds a lot to the price of the room |

I found the hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge service was excellent and knew exactly where to send us when we asked for advice. The breakfast was excellent. I would go back for that alone! The location of the hotel is ideal for a shopping or a party weekend away! |

Pretty Much everything, reception staff were extremely helpful great location and really stunning hotel - Shame about the attitude of the bar staff The Bar staff found them extremely rude and ignorant when asked to make a cocktail he refused as "it is obviously to late" two seconds later another barman was making one!!!! |

I have stayed in this hotel a few times now and it is always excellent. It costs £19 for a breakfast and to be honest it is so poor I would be disappointed if I was served it in a cheap cafe for £2. Reheated rubbish. I would not let this put me off staying again, I would simply eat elsewhere. |
