Score from 54 reviews Very good
Very comfortable room, lovely staff , very enjoyable dinner and a spot on breakfast.
TV in room 7. Would have preferred a larger screen.
Location- We like visiting the Bronte house and museum and enjoyed the moorland scenery
Everything was fine
We stayed at the Fleece Inn for 4 nights as we wanted to visit Haworth and the Bronte Parsonage. The Fleece Inn is excellent value for money, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, in fact, the food in general was of a very good standard. Added bonus they had Rekordelig on tap! Would definitely recommend the Fleece Inn for any would be travellers.
We came to Haworth for a night out having a few drinks in some of the nicest, well established pubs, tasting local beers and eating in the Embers restaurant next door and it was an excellent stay over night. The staff at the Fleece Inn were very nice, welcoming and chatty, the breakfast was nice and the evening meals looked great. Would definitely return.
Although our room was comfortable and clean the room we had was at the rear of the pub (no.6) with only a small window leaving the room dark so the lights needed to be on through the day even though it was a bright clear day.
Room was great. Breakfast excellent. Real ales in great atmosphere. Great location.
Steep hill but that's Haworth for you!!
Perfect location, very comfortable stay. Great staff
You could park outside the hotel and it was in a prime location to go either up or down main Street
There was a motor fan running outside our room all night
Friendly staff made you feel welcome and made sure our stay way perfect.
Laid back Food Excellent level of service Comfortable Beautiful scenery and village
The staff were friendly and helpful. The sunday roast dinner was great. Howarth, itself, is a treat.
Very friendly staff, nice place to stay, lovely room, great breakfast,
Food was lovely, the beer was great and the room was comfy.
Great breakfast. Great staff. Great location. Great everything. What more could you want.
Friendly staff Good food Good room facilities Clean and well kept accommodation
Very welcoming place, staff very friendly and helpful, cosy, atmospheric. Great breakfasts to set you up for that walk over the moors. Had a lovely couple of days here, food. Was of good standard and the beers even better!
This was a very late booking, didn't request a room with a view so didn't get one! Can understand parking problems during peak summer periods
The staff were all great!
Bathroom size. Almost skewered myself on the protruding toilet paper holder . Perhaps in a space this small more thought could be put into its location !
Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. The dinner was very good as was the breakfast. Also liked the extras in the room such as lots of tea, coffee, bottled water. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Parking is extremely difficult in Haworth and we had to park at the bottom of the hill and walk with our belongings up to the Inn. Breakfast not served until 8.30 on weekends. Would have preferred to have had the opportunity to eat from 8 am.
Both the accommodation and food were excellent especially if you have a big appetite.
My only problem was the lack of parking but the staff did everything to assist in this regard.
Location is great, warm friendly atmosphere
Nothing at all
Lots of positives: A pleasant Inn with some character. Lovely meals. Good choice of ales. Clean comfortable rooms with good facilities. At the heart of Haworth (ideal for Bronte enthusiasts) Reliable Wi-Fi Free parking available nearby (just ask the staff to direct you) Most of all, the staff were wonderful, made you feel welcome straight away and were happy to help in all matters. No regrets at all over booking at this Inn. Super experience. If we return to visit Haworth we will certainly be happy to stay at this Inn again.
Just a 'heads up'.The bar is directly below the rooms so just be aware that if you're intending to have an early night's sleep you may be slightly disturbed by the hum from the bar below. Bar closes at 11pm.
Although the room was slightly dark in daylight hours the bed lighting was good for reading. Plenty of storage space and nice hot bath.
parking could be a problem - but it wasn't for us
Very picturesque location. Great Beer on tap (Timothy Taylors Landlord). Very nice atmosphere in the evening in the bar. Friendly staff and one of the best Full English Breakfasts in a long time.
Central location - close to everything. Nice clean comfortable room. Lovely pub with nice food. Guest have a voucher to sample 3 thirds of a pint of real ale. Lovely breakfast.
Shower tended to run from hot to cold and back - couldn't get a constant temperature.
Location, service, friendly staff
Duvet was a bit heavy for summer
