very stylish rooms huge selection for breakfast (lots of fruits) - very good friendly staff
Excellent breakfast and service. The place is a credit to Louise and her staff. Will definitely stay again.
The vintage boutique decoration of the B&B and pub was beautiful. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We had a four poster bed in our room which was very comfy. The continental breakfast was excellent so much to choose from. We ate in the pub at night and the food was tasty and fresh. There was nothing we did not like.
Clean, cozy and confortable
Though delicious and plenty of choices, it'd be better to have a full english breakfast option in the menu
Breakfast was the best It was central to Cotswold Ilmington was the best of interesting Cotswold villages The hosts were interested in you band wanted to give a perfect break Just what you want in a b and b
We loved the charm of the decor, the great continental breakfast, delicious meals, the cleanliness of the facilities and the quirky bar and dining area. Louise is a charming host. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff Very good continental breakfast.
Wi-fi temperamental. Rather long, narrow room.
The room was interestingly decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was good.
B&B is located right at the end of the Number 1 bus route, about a 10-12 minute trip into Bath centre. Very convenient with quirky decor and a good breakfast.
The atmosphere at the Inn was great, hostess Louise friendly, very helpful and welcoming. Breakfasts excellent, evening meals available and no music, tele or gaming machines to spoil the social side in the bar.
Not much to moan about.
Great location with easy access to local bus service. Lovely staff, lovely continental breakfast and facilities clean with fresh towels daily and all necessary toiletries provided.
room with bath, bus service very good, breakfast very good the owner made us very welcome we enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again
Everything was perfect.
Friendliness, comfort, great food
Special rooms and breakfastroom.
It's really different but awesome.owner was lovely and the food was fantastic.will defo stay again.
The friendliness of staff comfortable rooms
Healthy breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Friendly and helpful landlady. Convenient location near bus stop. Comfortable and very clean.
Very friendly staff with a nice welcome. Attached to a charming pub. A very nice Continental breakfast. A short bus ride into Bath. Good parking facilities.
On a bus route with stop close by which meant we could leave car in the private carpark and bus into Bath in 10 minutes. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. The bar and restaurant areas were filled with antique and quirky bric-a-brac items. Made sitting in there very relaxing. All in all a good place to stay for a short break to see Bath and surrounding area.
The downside of being on a bus route and busy road is the traffic noise which started about 6am not conducive to a relaxing morning wake up...It'll get worse when they start to develop the old MOD site opposite - but they say that's a while away yet. Enquirer was a bit on the small side but quite adequate.
To break up the journey back home from the South Coast to Stoke-on-Trent we stayed overnight at the Forester and Flower. This accommodation is ideal for visiting Bath, with public transport running every 30 minutes from just across the road. We stayed in a lovely room, full of character, with a 4 poster bed. Very comfortable. The evening meal was well presented and did not disappoint. Breakfast was continental and the array of fresh fruit, nuts, bread and preserves available was awesome. We will certainly be paying another visit.
Quirky and fantastic. Lovely staff. Owner Louise has great sense of fun & humour. Will definitely return
Friendly staff, clean room, good location.
We had to have windows open due to the heat and the traffic noise was quite a distraction, limited off road parking.
If you like an old type setting this is for you. A very clean place. I was first annoyed when I found out they did not do a English breakfast however the breakfast I received was far more enjoyable and it has made me start to eat more healthy in the mornings
Nothing it was great value for money compared to other guest houses
The style of the rooms, bathroom, bar and dining room. Great selection at breakfast. Landlady was extremely nice and accommodating. I little out of town, but bus stop across the road and an easy 10mins to the city centre - a lot cheaper and stressful than driving and paying for parking.
Bed was a little uncomfortable, and although the bathroom looked fab, it was a little difficult having a shower in the claw foot bath. Although, I would be very happy to return.
