Staff were very friendly and couldnot do enough for you. Food was delicious especially the breakfasts which were freshly cooked as you ordered
The peace and tranquility and glorious food our go to destination
Excellent staff, offers to help, good fires, warm and comfortable. Good restaurant times. Accurate bills. Good bar, excellent parking.
There was not a lift for the rooms inside the hotel although that was stated so would not affect most people. Food a bit too many choices for me which had spice or curry but will suit others.
Arrived late but was given a warm welcome and this carried on in the morning too
Hotel is set on the shore of Loch Earn with an idyllic view of the surrounding countryside. The staff were very friendly with an efficient work ethic. Real fires in bar and restaurants were appreciated too. We would highly recommend a stay.
No negative comments.
location, nice view from car park sadly not from room 14.comfy bed though.
room 14 falls far short of being superior as stated on booking, suppose it depends on how you perceive superior.we did not eat in hotel, thought menu was over priced even for fine dining, supplement on steak, scallops was eye watering.ate at royal comrie no supplement and excellent scallops and steak
Excellent staff, excellent food, beautiful views, hotel very comfy and cosy.
The bedroom and bathroom maybe in need of a little TLC. It was comfy and warm but a little dated. The room for fine dining could have the walls painted the terracotta of the curtains to make it more cosy looking im just being picky I know but the louvre doors at the back could do with a lick of paint, but I definetly would return.
Cookies for all three of my dogs waiting on the table The rubber duck!
Roof workers Quality of food especially at breakfast Bit pricey for drinks
The views from the chalet were lovely and the rent a dvd is an excellent idea
When i booked i asked for a double bed and when we got into the chalet it was two single beds quite disappointed with that
Good location, comfortable rooms, lovely staff
Thought food was overpriced, breakfast not great, very greasy and what hotel at 79 pounds per night b&b serves you half a slice of black pudding half a potato scone and one mushroom
I liked the location, beautiful view, just wished we had a front facing window. The whole place looked quite the part, there were rooms all over the place and was quite quaint.
The food was not great although they say fine dining. I had the worst sticky toffee pudding ever, very disappointing, not sure how toffee could be so very salty, but there it was ugh!
Food Hospitality Location Room
Bathroom, although clean could have been cleaner
Friendly staff, interesting photos / interior, perfect situation
The hotel, the magnificent view from our room, the excellent choice and quality of the food, plus the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.
Having to leave!
The chalet we stayed in was very romantic and in a truly beautiful location. The chalet was perfect for our dog and the hotel were pet welcoming not just accepting of pets which makes a real difference. Thank you!
Having to leave!
We had a chalet which suited us after the horrible hotel we had in Edinburgh, everything was great. Have already recommended it to another couple today
As a Scot and looking for a weekend away close to home we decided on the Four Seasons as a dog friendly hotel was esential. We were blown away by the reception we had from the staff and the wee touches they did to include the dog in our stay. Water and biscuits for him at our table when we were dining, (and we are talking a well decorated and set out resteraunt overlooking the Loch) access to the bar when we were drinking and no problem for him sleeping in one of the quaint cabins we had booked perched behind the hotel overlooking the Loch. The food was wholesome and filled with taste with staff attentive without being intrusive. This is a 3 star rural Scottish hotel at it's best. We will be back to enjoy the hospitallity, great walks, and food, very soon. For the experience ( certainly if you are travelling with a dog) and price we paid you cannot give it less than an excellent review
AMAZING views of Loch Earn from one of our rooms, and wonderful collection of quirky art decorating the whole hotel. Clean and comfortable with a decent bar and restaurant onsite. Great staff and a very hearty breakfast that was included with our booking.
The location was beautiful . food very good & staff very friendly . Service very efficient in restaurant.
When a fire alarm went off in middle of night nobody came to tell us it was false alarm & had been investigated . We were left wondering if it might suddenly start again , or if there was something smouldering away quietly . We have both been involved in separate house fires . Extra supplements on menu for restaurant .
Chalet (number 5) was clean, spacious and comfortable set in a beautiful location. Food in the bistro was tasty and great value. Staff were polite and friendly. My girlfriend Anna and I had a fabulous weekend at the Four Seasons and look forward to visiting again soon. Mark from Edinburgh
amazing views from our chalet no 2. staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and enjoyed a meal in the bistro
chalets a bit dated, but did not spoil stay in any way
The hotel is in an excellent location, with fantastic views of the loch the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfasts are of a good standard and choice. If you don't want to drive the bus stops right outside the hotel.
The hotel could do with a mini bar in the rooms or at least a fridge. The steps upto our cabin were very dark and a little dangerous.
I liked the relaxed friendly atmosphere
Other guests that complain about Any thing just to ge attention and a free meal
Decor of rooms, colour, style and finishing touches. Very unusual and interesting art throughout the hotel definite Tibetan theme Good quality extras - toiletries, tea and coffee, magazines and books, extra heater, if needed Very attentive staff Beautiful view up loch Interesting "mental man" piece of art stands in water off pier. Made up of hundreds of pieces of metal reflecting the light it is beautiful Lovely food All this added together is absorbed and you feel at peace with your time spent there
Have had a loch view before, this time even though we had a wonderful room, with a four poster bed, it had no view and slightly dark. Have to add though there was an array of lighting and this did not really bother us as we were out and about
