A lovely hotel, with very friendly and attentive staff, with stupendous views of a beautiful place

I got a very warm welcome on my arrival, I stayed in one of the challets and omg absoutly loved it , from walking in... Was a welcoming letter, a plate of home made shortbread, luxury tea and coffee, and the view of loch earn rite out side my bedroom window ! Cldnt fault it at all , was also spotless with lovely the tub toiletries even a rubber duck ! The food and breakfast was first class , an hour into my stay I got my fone out and booked up for 3 more seprate visits cnt wait to go back im counting the days till wed the 15th may !

Fantastic hotel views out of this world no matter what the weather great location for touring very friendly staff and don't miss out on the porridge for breakfast . Loved the dogs and the art.

the chalet was lovely, spotless clean and had beautiful views. very romantic and cosy. nice area for walking and cycling. Definitely stay again.

The staff were great nothing was a bother to anyone. The chalet was great and the view was amazing morning, noon and night.I also liked the policy about mobiles in public areas.

I requested a double room as it was our anniversary was disappointed to have twin room and it was the last available chalet on arrival.

The hotels location is beautiful. Staff were friendly and it was very clean. Food was nice but a little overpriced.

we were staying in the apartment with our 2 young children and unfortunately at night time it got so cold that none of us got a good night sleep!! We could find no way of turning the heating up . On checking out nobody asked how our stay had been.

Pet friendly hotel in a fantastic location. We stayed in a Chalet which was perfect for us as we had our dog with us. One word of advice when booking a Chalet - ask for No's 2-6 as No.1 does not have an uninterrupted view of the loch. The food was lovely and the waiting staff very friendly and helpful.

Location

Our chalet was being used for the first time this year and certain items were wrong. We had to get out of the window to open the door, I repaired the door with a chisel provided by the Management. The (new) plumbing was not turned on and smelled of burning. These things 'happen' but appreciation of our situation with a reduction in charges would have been appreciated - most certainly it was expected but only general staff were on hand when we left, so it was not possible to ask.

Lovely friendly staff who did an excellent job of making sure you had a nice stay. Scenery was like something off a chocolate box! Beautiful meal followed by an impromptu sing-a-long in lounge bar before bed. Will definitely be back.

Water pressure of the shower but it wasn't a big deal.

Loves the chalets was very romantic clean and cosy breakfast was delish. Views were amazing. Doggie Diva loved this place just like a home from home. Will definately book again.

Staff very friendly and accommodating a real asset. Breakfast was delicious with excellent service. Dogs are allowed which is great to know. Views to die for!!!

Chalets are looking a little tired and have no stand up showers ..... I hate baths. Road access to chalets very dodgy and struggled to safely reverse down from chalet nearly damaged my car!

chalet needed aired before guests arrive it smelt a bit musky, and also needs a bit of a re vamp i.e. freshened up decor and new curtains etc, but chalet was spacious and did the job for an enjoyable stayover, would go back

The carpet in the bathroom smelt unpleasant. The carpet could easily be changed.

Stayed in chalet,decor a wee bit tired. Meal and breakfast in hotel was lovely.Next time I visit Ii would stay in the hotel.Good base if you wish to travel to the surrounding areas.
