Superbe vue sur la mer. Très agréable lobby et restaurant. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour 1 pers, moins bien pour 2. Personnel très attentionné. Demander une chambre avec vue. |

The Positioning was Fabulous. Lounge and bar looked out over the estuary and although our room did not look out this way it was not a problem. The room was large and comfortable with splendid bathroom too. Staff were plentiful, helpful and very well presented. With the fabulous location considered this was quite probably the best hotel vacation I have had. 9.5/10 |

When we booked our stay at the Fowey Hotel we did not know what to expect, thinking this is probably your what we would call a "Seaside Hotel" you know effort made but never achieved. What a really present surprise we had on entering the Hotel, The service, facilities, rooms and food were of a very high standard and the whole feeling of the Hotel leaves you feeling very relaxed and cared for. We will recommend this Hotel to everybody and of course we shall return |

Nearly everything about this hotel is excellent especially the splendid location and the quality of all the staff.(BUT See below) Be careful to reserve your parking at the hotel. We were charged for dinner as "non-residents" at the hotel in spite of booking a table on arrival at reception. We were charged nearly £90 for 2 main courses, 2 puddings and one bottle of their"cheaper" wine.No coffee etc |

I thought the lift was a fantastic working antique that should be given more focus.Wonderful views. Car park needs re-surfacing and enlarging, if possible. |

The setting is fantastic, great views from the terraces. The bar menu and service is especially good as an alternative to the dining room. Generally a very relaxed and luxurious feel to our stay. Excellent breakfast choices. The room was very hot in the afternoon sun, with no airconditioning, needed windows opening. Wifi service was available but could not be accessed. |

view; coastal path walks the room, the clueless staff, the bed, background noises of water and sewage, eterenally repeating music tape at breakfast, no fresh juices, burnt and halfbaked breadrolls, limited parking, no parking provided despite written confirmation, outdated, WiFi in common rooms only; |

After several visits, it's like coming home - only more luxurious! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and the service is excellent.We can't wait to return. There were 2 discarded 'bags' and a chair left outside by the outdoor bar entrance and this maybe off-putting to potentially new clients. |

The welcome was excellent, the staff attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was well prepared. Bed was slightly soft. Wifi did not extend to 3rd floor. Our room had a distinct slope on the floor, which in the case of returning after a few beers could be quite challenging. |

The views from our bedroom were spectacular. The lounges and bar were very comfortable and ideally situated to enjoy the views. Our meal in the hotel was very good and the breakfasts excellent hoovering in the hall ways in the morning. The reception area in particular is a little tired looking |

Despite limited car parking space the staff and the Manager were most helpful in unloading and taking us to the town car park. The hotel was excellent but appears to be short of capable staff in the dining room although the food was excellen.t The car parking situation is a problem whether you have been allocated hotel parking or not. but this is due to the sire of the hotel on the Esplanade . Excellent views of the river and countryside |

The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the provision of real coffee an added bonus. The breakfast was good and efficiently served. The special offer room rate brought the cost within budget; without this I would not have made the booking. |
