The food was delicious and the restaurant was very comfortable. It could be romantic, but we were just as welcome with 2 kids. The room was ideal for 2 kids and 2 dogs, with still being clean, comfortable and nice. |

It was fantastic value for money for the Cotswolds, and a beautiful hotel I really want to love this place as it is great value, and a great location to explore the Cotswolds. Plus it is a beautiful building. However, the one let down was the restaurant. The food was great (both dinner and breakfast), but after selecting a cooked breakfast when booking, the first morning we were told that there was no cooked breakfast. The guy was great though and whipped us up a continental feast, but still, when you expect something then you are disappointed when you don't get it. The next morning we did get a cooked breakfast, but it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes, and the restaurant was nearly empty. (after the morning rush) We were not really kept informed by the staff, so it could have been so much better. |

Time away from the kids! Service was variable and a bit lacking. Due to the nature of the building my husband could not stand up in the shower. |

The room was beautiful and very well priced, location was lovely and even though it is by a road i heard no road noise. not really a complaint but its very quiet as far as staff are concerned, felt like we had the place to ourselves some of the time, (which could be a positive) |

All the Staff were very helpfull 1. We asked for an esily accesable room, were assured, verbally, that it was 8 + stairs. It was 20+ vet steep stairs 2 We were moved after complianing but night clothes were lost. 3 there were no hand towels in first bdrommand "& non left" 4 The light switches in bedroom 1 ( Room 8 ) were inaccesable from the bed 5 There was no facility to keep spunch bag in either bathroom 6 Neither bath room had a glass " Not company policy" & therfore no where to place tooth brush or have a mouth wash .7 Although there was a tea tray in each room it did not include a tea pot nor was there any receptical for the used teabag. 8 The second room (Room 1 ) has two steps |

There were black hairs in the bathtub, it was quite gross when I went to take a shower seeing somebody elses body hair. When we checked in we had to wait half hour if not more until there was somebody at the front desk. |

The hotel was very attractive set in the middle of the countryside about 9 miles from Cheltenham and its location was excellent for country walks. The staff, though young, were very helpful and polite. The food was good and reasonably priced. Our room was in a converted stable block and we were amazed to find that although the room and the bathroom were huge there was only a bath with no shower attachment whatsoever. We had to use an ice bucket to wash our hair! |

The hotel was even better than its pictures. It was very well decorated and very comfortable. The staff were still in the process of working out the kinks from being newly opened, but they were helpful and friendly. I would love to stay here again. Because we had a car, it was fine for us, but someone without a car would have a difficult time getting there. |

The Frogmill was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway to the Cotswolds. We had a hire car from London and it was perfectly located to arrive easily on Friday night but also great as a central base to drive from on Saturday and Sunday. The food in the restaurant was lovely and our room was clean, modern and cosy. I can't find any faults with this place and have already recommended to a friend. |

A very comfortable room in an atmospheric Cotswold stone inn.Huge bed - lovely bathroom. Relaxing stay. Some road noise but difficult to double-glaze old windows without spoiling character. Kettle not useable! |

The upgrade we were given when we had to move rooms for a wedding party was a very large suite It will be alright when it is finished. There are many missing little touches. Shelves in the bathrooms, glasses, shaver points. The jacuzzi did not work and the shower attachment was just a hand held which did not stretch far enough when you were standing. The menu is printed in a very light green which is difficult to read in the evenings. More staff required on busy days as some people had to wait half an hour for their breakfasts. |

The staff were very friendly. The food was excellent. A good and varied menu. Bedrooms were beautifully furnished and very comfortable. This is in no way a complaint..... but as the staff were very young they just needed some extra training on simple things like:-Ask before clearing plates. Do not clear plates if someone on the table is still eating. Be sure to know the Menu e.g. whether vegetables are included with the main course. |

The Hotel was very clean and the decor and furnishings were excellent. The Staff were very welcoming. The hotel was nicely positioned central to our excursions. Set off the main road there was no noise to spoil a good night's sleep ! I will definately stay there again. One small critcism would be ,the checkout procedure was handled by a single person which caused quite a delay when a few guests requested the same check-out time. |

The room was comfortable and the restaurant setting was superb. The overall setting of the hotel was very good. The service in the restaurant could have been better. The bedroom was very noisy from road traffic and this was continuous throughout the night. This probably did not apply to other rooms. The shower had no curtain fitted and finally you couldn't see the TV from the bed. |
