Just love the coziness and style of this Gastro pub. Staff super friendly and so dog friendly cannot wait to return again .
Excellent gin and tonics! room was perfect and all the little added luxuries made it an excellent trip, well done was totally spoilt look forward to staying there again.
Amazing staff and wonderfully comfortable room. Breakfast was delicious! Tea / coffee station was genius and freebies were a v. nice touch!
Parking was a bit tricky later at night and heating was not great to begin with - althoug this was sorted out.
Wonderful food Lovely staff Great room Little touches
One night wasn't enough!
The level of hospitality, the mantra appears to be "Anything the customer wants the staff will try to accommodate. "
Parking can be difficult at lunchtime and during the evening.
Everything including the fact that it is very dog friendly. Other places should be as accommodating.
All the little touches in the room
The service at dinner was awful. Very slow.
Everything from the welcome, the enthusiastic, friendly staff, the comfort of the room, the food, even the sunshine so we could enjoy the garden and terrace during an end of September stay. Many thanks to everyone for making a birthday to remember.
The personal touches and the Bed
A little bit expensive for the facilities available.
Me and my husband have just had a nights stay at the Fuzzy Duck and we couldn't fault it. The decor was 5* - a credit to the interior designers. The whole place was spotless and immaculate, we can't wait to visit again in the future. The location was central for the Cotswolds and Stratford Upon Avon. And the food was scrummy! Well done to all the staff and thankyou for making us so welcome.
Nothing!!! Apart from time to go home!
Cleanliness. Pleasant staff.
Room too small. Very hot overnight. Breakfast service very slow and too late in comparison to other places. Choices of breakfast not always available. No tea making facilities in the room.
Great location, great atmosphere, great food, great people, what more can you ask for !!!
Really good service.
professionalism of staff quality of food comfort of bedroom quality of interior decor attention to detail that set the Fuzzy Duck apart from most boutique B&Bs
no morning paper no freshly squeezed orange juice
The little extra touches to make us comfortable and feel at home. Basket of goodies to take home and loads of toiletries and hair straighteners for our own use. Idyllic Cotswolds setting. Excellent restaurant.
They were very dog friendly, the rooms were beautifully presented and the bed comfy.
The room was small and there was noise from the road and it was too hot to close the window. For the money I think I would have expected a bit more room.
I treated my boyfriend to an overnight stay at the Fuzzy Duck for his birthday. We had a lovely evening. The room's were beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Decor and finishing touches are beautiful and the basket freebies are lovely. We got a complimentary glass of champagne for his birthday which was a really nice touch. Dinner and breakfast were very good. The waitress was really sweet lady. We were definitely be returning
Excellent venue, value for money. Beautifully refurbished. Great facilities.toiletries in abundance.
Needs more staff, length of wait in restaurant a little long.Would have been nice to have a mini bar in the room, and coffee making facilities especially in the room.
Great place, super food, lovely accommodation oh & the staff were pretty good too :-)
What's not to like? Everything lovely....location, room, ambiance, decor and attention to detail, oh the fab complimentary basket of goodies in the room, and the cute tea/coffee station on the landing, and the free Hunter-welly loan with brollies and maps for walking! Oh, and the amazing food! The chocolate 'whatchamacallit! Was sublime!! And my husband went mad over the rabbit pie!
The food, the room, and the fre basket of goodies&complimentary smellies!
White wine was not chilled, and breakfast from 9AM meant a very late start to the day.
The accommodation was of an excellent standard. The rooms were luxurious and immaculate. The food was amazing and the breakfast set you up for the day. The lady that served the breakfasts was absolutely lovely and could not do enough for us. It was a gorgeous cosy pub with a beautiful candlelit dining room.
Despite their efficiency and helpfulness the staff in the dining room lacked warmth in their manner. You were made to feel like just another customer and not particularly valued in any way.
Excellent decor in rooms. Lots of freebies available in room if you wanted to take advantage of them!
Limited menu in restaurant. Lengthy wait for breakfast although excellent when arrived.
Luxurious bedding Excellent food Some nice touches
Slow breakfast service
