The staff were very friendly and the service was really good. The room was comfortable with nice tooletries. I would Definately stay there again. No lift, although I had no problem getting help with luggage.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Gables we went to Gretna looking for a wedding venue we had drinks in the Gables lounge and food which was lovely i would stay again here. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff friendly and food was lovely.

Excellent stay, very clean and comfortable with chef prepared food at reasonable. It's been a while since we enjoyed our stay away from home as much as this and the sun was shining. Could not find any fault other than my favourite Scottish beer was not served. Otherwise no complaints. This is not 5 star but you will not be disappointed. I can eat a breakfast but even I could not finish, might have been the porridge I had to start with and then the full Scottish! We will return soon. No negative comments other than my preferred Scottish beer was not on sale - personal choice only.

The offer we got for 2 people 2 nights stay £143 bed and breakfast( including a bottle on wine and 3 course meal on first night) this was a fantastic offer and would defo book it again
