Location Value for money Cheerful staff Comfortable room Comfortable bed Good breakfast
Shower cubicle was rather small
Close to tube plenty of pubs & places to eat. Nice neighborhood.
The environment and chaos
It looks recently refurbished, small and cleanroom. The staffs were very helpful. The location is also convenient to use tube and train.
No refrigerator in the room.
Location of the hotel was fab. Very close to the tube. Staff extremely helpful and breakfast was lovely. Room was nice just what we needed. Step son made the most of the free wifi.
Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast and very comfy bed
Receptionists and the breakfast staff - quiet location
Stayed originally on business and came back with family. Great room recently refurbished to a great standard. Wet room and a good triple room size. Heating great and hot water constantly available and a lovely breakfast. Would stay again.
The amount blocked on the credit card was not released after cash payment upon arrival.
good bed, cleanness, and breakfast
Some of staff were very rude, i think she doesn't know how to smile and talks to the others.-a short , yellow hair woman Poor wifi connection, it was little bit far from main stations The other thing were very good.
good location, hotel seems to have been modernised lately, so good and modern interior whilst still a nice traditional building
wifi connection was a bit unstable, breakfast only until 10am on a Sunday
The hotel is very close to the St Pancras railway station, the British Museum and UCLA. There are many amenities in this area, including supermarkets. And there is a bookcase in the dinner room!
The room is really small, however, it's rather normal in London.
Wasn't far from King's Cross, and we didn't use the underground once! perfect location!
Great location and wonderful value for money. Made to feel very welcome.
Centrally located, brilliant value for money and with welcoming staff. I couldn't fault this little hotel in the heart of London really. i booked last minute and feel I found a gem. Rooms are modern, clean and bright. Staff were helpful. English Breakfast was standard but again you got what you paid for and was only a fiver. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants something that is easily accessible at a good price and wants decent rather than shabby!
Could do with a lift or someone to help with bags as I was a woman travelling alone and was on the 3rd floor so struggled a bit. Could also do with a better located mirror in the room I was in as there wasn't one near an electrical socket or that you could see easily to dry / straighten hair.
No en suite facilities
Nice position and rooms
They had no wi-fi connection even if we paid for it
Great location: the neighborhood is nice and quiet and very near Russel Square station. Lots of stores and nice restaurants around. Recommend Bloomsbury Cafe.
The bed is too soft and the bathroom sink is too small. Nothing else, really...
First of all, our room was clean and neat with all the necessary equipment one expects from a three-star-hotel. The location is also very good - within a five minute walk you are at King's Cross Station and you can walk to Camden town market or the lively quarter Soho.in only twenty minutes. Also the staff was really helpful when asked.
As the description says, there is indeed no elevator which only bothered us once while we were carrying our large suitcase up the narrow staircase. The room doesn't offer much space either. You hardly have enough room to walk around the beds and there are just some drawers in the desk and bedside table but no closet. Unfortunately, after showering the bathroom was all wet because the shower curtain was way too short.
Perfect location and really nice staff.
Very good, for the price and location. I'll probably try and stay here again.
Bed was too soft. Window catch was broken.
Well priced. A very clean and comfortable room in a great location. I always try and stay here when i come to London
