In a beautiful Georgian crescent, The Euro Hotel is less than 1640 ft from King's Cross and St Pancras Stations. The refurbished hotel offers scenic views and cozy rooms with free Wi-Fi.
Score from 1055 reviews Very good
Proximity to Euston station was excellent for jaunt to WB Studios Harry Potter tour. Also close enough walk to Oxford St, Soho. Good connections via bus and metro to Victoria station. Clean, comfortable rooms for our 3-person party. Good suggestions from staff about attractions.
No flexibility to check-in before 2 pm, but this might have been a one off due to traveling in on a Sat. Hallways on 1st floor daily had a smell from cooking - not sure from where. Sound from hall travelled well into the room, but from experience it is rare for it not to be so in 3-star hotels in london, so it was ok.
Location and ease of late night access
Staff were very helpful. Great value for the location and a staff who couldn't feed you enough at breakfast. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Brilliant location, easy access to tubes, shops, restaurants. Before going I read some (few) negative reviews. Be realistic, it doesn't claim to be a 5 star hotel. I repeat: excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay again and have already reccommended it to others.
WiFi works in the room, not only at the lobby. Nice surprise
The cleanliness of the room. Bathroom almost new and quite spacious. Though Hotel is situated in central London, it is in a very quiet area.
T.V. is not well positioned and cannot be adjusted so that one can watch it clearly from bed. Shower soap was not replenished when container finished. I don't know why a spare toilet paper roll was removed from bathroom on second day of my stay.
Good location for transportation and central London attractions. Helpful staff. Renovated bathroom. Staff helped to take my luggage upstairs
Lots of narrow stairs, small room. Road works outside noise during the Day.
Location: close to main stations and an easy walk down past several tasy Deli's, pubs and cafe's to the Brunswicke Centre & British Museum. My room had just been refurbed and everything was new and clean...apart from the windows...
Nicely refurbished room and very nice bathroom. i would stay there again for the price and the location.
On checking in I was a little worried as the Reception was dated and needed refurbishment. However the rooms had recently been completed, so over all it was a nice stay.
Staff very friendly
Desk had no light or nearby PowerPoint. Wifi signal was very poor. This made it really difficult to work and so made this inappropriate for business use
Liked the location , and the staff where all good. The room was clean, and had nice shower.
Breakfast was a little on the small size, also the room was a little small.
Where the hotel was, ease of getting around, staff very pleasant
Bed small for 2 luckily triple room I moved into single, building work woke me up at 4.45am, hotel staff were quick to sort
New refurbished rooms are excellent standard for the price. Staff and service is of a high standard. Breakfast great value for extra £5 paid.
There is a refurbishment going on and not all rooms are refurbished, communal areas need a refresh.
So much of London is overpriced. This is a no frills hotel which while still pricey is cheap for London while still being of a fairly good standard of comfort. The location is good.
Only one tea bag in the pot for two people. Stretching the value breakfast a bit far.
Perfect for both Euston and St Pancras. Clean and friendly atmosphere.
Good heating (incl. under floor) in the bathroom. Very close to where I needed to be. Nicely set up when you get in the room with a comfy bed etc but what you go through to get there needs updating.
Lugging luggage up steep narrow staircases without even any suggestion that someone might help just pretty much here you go go climb the mountain. Lady at the front desk was generally cold. Wifi didn't work the whole time I was there. Room a bit cold.
Good value for money and staff very helpful. Bathroom seemed recently refurbished
Accomodation is a little basic.
Basic room with basic amenities but reflected in price perhaps
Location near to Euston. Free wifi was easy to use. Check in was easy. Refurbished room was very nice.
Opening the window all day, in November when it's cold. Thin walls, lots of noise.
Location - close to tubes & buses, located in a pleasant, peaceful 'square'. But so quiet! Also close to shops, cafes etc The staff were so kind with our left luggage too.
Trivial thing - nowhere to put my coffee cup by the side of the bed when drinking my coffee in bed in the morning!
- very helpful personell - nicely renovated room in the 3rd floor - short distance to the main train stations and the underground - many pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area
- room in a cellar for the first 2 nights (bad ventilation and not possible to keep a window opened at night due to security reasons; something stinking from outside when window is opened)
Less than 5 minutes from Euston station, turn a corner and it opens out into a large crescent with beautiful Victorian houses, trees and even a tennis court ! Wasn't expecting that in the middle of London ! Friendly staff, clean room and very comfy bed. Would defiantly stay here again.
Didn't try the breakfast service so cant comment.
Had to share a bathroom and a shower with other people this is definitely not a hotel it's a hostel!!!!
Everything is quite ok...
breakfast is served quite late. I had to leave by 8.30 am which is around the time they start serving breakfast. Lady at the desk in the morning not the most sympathetic.
shared shower. (not the hotels fault, other scruffy people!)
