The boiler broke and we didn`t have hot water for most of our stay - it did eventually get fixed but with a wedding to attend and only a cold shower on offer it wasn`t a good experience.

A welcoming and friendly young staff and a decent breakfast.

It was appalling. There was no hot water, and no heating in any of the public areas. The only heating in the room was an appliance that blew hot air in our faces. The stairways were inadequately guarded and unsafe. The hotel was undergoing refurbishment, and was in no condition to receive guests.

I found the Naseby Hotel to be excellent for my needs. My room was newly renovated, compact, comfortable with all new furniture, linens, large flat screet TV, and beautifully appointed bathroom. It was quiet, and as a woman traveler I felt very safe and secure. The staff was very helpful. The Pub (restaurant) food was very good. Excellent value. I would definitely stay there again if I am in Kettering.

Brand new rooms all redecorated to a high standard so everything very new and clean. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

Very nicely renovated. The rooms were large enough and very clean and comfortable. The food in the hotel is also great value

1.No sign on the outside of the hotel made it difficult to find. 2.Internet is via a dongle that takes approx 10 mins to download the drivers before you even get on the internet. Once you've achieved this the internet is so slow and cuts out! 3.Shower was ice-cold. 4.No phone in the rooms to contact the reception

We heard terrible reviews about this hotel and to be fair only booked it as the only hotel available on the night we wanted to stay. The service was impeccable (i'd forgot toothpaste and they went and bought us some!!), the breakfast was very nice and the room, although q small, was very clean and comfortable. Would definately stay again

Reburbishment just completed, lovely rooms. Fantastic, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good dinner.

Very clean and looks like is has been renovated very recently

The single room I stayed in (102) was without a doubt the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. But very clean and fresh.. Just very very small

Attitude of the staff was excellent - helpful and understanding without being intrusive. The recent refurbishment is good - the bedrooms are stylish and the quality of materials used is good. I has 2 excellent nights sleep. Good beakfast - strawberries and chocolate croissant for me!!

There was a comprehensive dinner menu, but as a non meat eater it did not suit me.

Een heel leuk en klein hotel met een redelijk nieuw interieur. Als je binnenkomt voelt het alsof je bij iemand thuis komt. Een leuk ontvangst met eeen hele aangename service en uiterst atent personeel.

De kwaliteit van het eten was goed, maar er is ook zeker een mogelijkheid tot verbetering. Misschien eeen kleinere kaart.
