We came to see the museum and historical ships and your hotel was only two blocks away. Great breakfast and very pleasant stay.

A bit noisy after 10:00 pm in the street. Tub in #2 was difficult to get in and out of.

Great price. Stayed here with my adult son and had a twin and a double room. Well equipped with towels, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. We spent a couple of hours in the bar with very friendly staff and locals. This is an old traditional pub so expect eclectic décor and furniture. Comfy bed led to a good night's sleep followed by a hearty breakfast. I'd definitely stay here again as it gives fantastic value for money.

Location excellent, quiet and unpretentious, staff extra helpful, old oak beams and other original features in rooms. Ideal for shopping at Gunwharf and walking distance from harbour station and taxi rank. Taxi only 10 mins to continental ferry port. The quiet room was quiet. Comfortable and hospitable.

    I liked everything
