Great location, spacious, light apartment
Large kitchen but limited kitchenware for cooking. Apartment needed maintenance/refurbishment.
It was close to relatives we were visiting and the town centre was in easy reach
We were in appartment 8 which was on the main road and very noisey from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm
The location is excellent. A quick walk to the main street. Having the space of an apartment when travelling with a family is handy.
The apartment was very dirty with stained rugs, dirt around the toilet and in the kitchen. The pullout sofa was on the main level and the bedroom was upstairs - not great for kids. The wifi signal didn't reach the apartment - we would log on then lose it. Staff at Nico's restaurant were cold and abrupt and the food wasn't great.
Key location Better than expected Cozy and conformtable
Wifi was flaky especially when i connected more than one device. If you connect just one device it is fine.
Location Beds and Amneties Cleanliness
Door Handle of the front door Entrance
The apartments are spacious, inviting and comfortable. Everything you need is to hand and car parking is close enough to save you the extra trouble getting supplies to the kitchen. Beds were clean, warm, comfortable and relaxing. Bedding was plentiful. Location is great, walking distance from the town centre, but quiet enough so there was no road noise to interrupt our sleep. Nico's bar food was excellent, but the portions could have been a little bigger - I would expect most visitors to be quite out-door-sy and would benefit from a slightly heartier meal :)
Wifi password was provided on arrival, but the signal was poor. A wired alternative with a cheap AP in the apartment would have made the experience a lot less frustrating. There was quite a lot of noise from the apartment above - paper thin walls is a phrase that comes to mind! We turned in at about 21:30 after a long drive (12 hours or so) to be woken by the occupants above at 23:30 walking about. When they turned on the water, or flushed their toilet - the pipes in the wall behind our head in the bedroom clanked and clicked and this in itself was enough to wake us. Repeated at 06:00 the next morning when they got up, lent itself to a rude awakening. Don't bother with Nico's cheese board - £9 for what can only be described as a 5 common cheese taster - there was enough 'supermarket available' cheese for 5 crackers, as long as you are a bit frugal. The restaurant was however, decent enough to strike the cost from our bill when we commented on it.
Place is amazing close to the city center and hence it was so easy to walk around.. The apartment was clean with sufficient amenities
We were on a road trip and had stayed in some other apartments before this in Lake District and wales so competitively this place was the the most expensive booking that we did and that was the only drawback I could think of. If u get this place in some deal or maybe book well on advance then you might get good value for money
Clean, courteous staff
Sleeping facilities on separate levels so children a bit far away from parents.
we used 3 different apartments 5, 8 and 11 (I think?) over two nights. - Very comfortable stay and location super. - apt 5 and 11 were spacious and to a high standard - lovely gardens - bathrooms a joy with lots of lovely hot water
- apt 8 was tight for space in the kitchen/sitting area for 6 people - Still a few items missing in the new apts such as milk jug, mirrors and wastepaper bins in bedrooms
Location to the river ness and that's about it
overpriced, outdated. Worst & most expensive accomodation out of the 15 places stayed out over our holiday. Building material partially blocking the entrance to the apartment with no warning signs (my son fell over it skinning his knee) No parking even though there was a car park in the rear. Young reception staff who had no interest in there customers. Meal was very ordinary, extremely overpriced and staff couldn't have been more disinterested. Kitchen cupboards still had food & alcohol left in them from previous guests. No drying rack.
Road in front of the doorof apartment, it will be danger to children.
Easy access to Town centre Short walk riverside walks
Apartment was tacky!! In need of some TLC Very Overpriced Ground floor bedroom window within 1meter of busy road, even with double glazing still noisy.
The view from Hotel room on riverside. Appliances in apartment(lacks washer/drier though. Very spacious rooms particularly Hotel room (premier) bathroom which is gigantic. Location is very nice but still easy walk to city centre and railway station. HELPFUL STAFF.
The traffic noise affecting Apartment on road side. Poor workmanship in Apartment. Lousy wifi in Apatment-okay in hotel.room.
Liked the fact you could walk straight into town.
Didn't like the fact you had a card to open door to apartment on a back street that was busy, which took a couple of attempts to get in. Carpets were stained and looked dirty. Kitchen wasn't properly cleaned. Pretty basic the whole apartment looking abit tired looking for what you were paying for. Noisy..
Location; appliances,space.;helpful staff.
Missing washer/drier; quite noisy as only one metre from road; poor workmanship in apartment.; bad wifi in apartments.
Needs a little updating. Bath draining very sluggish & electricity shorted on our 1st day. A washing machine would be a great addition
Good location, clean, cozy
Frustrating to have to log in to wifi with the password every time I picked up my phone, and sometimes even re-log in in the middle of a session.
Great location right by the river.
Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Let down by the restaurant, which was a rip-off joint. The wi-fi was rather flakey.
Very impressed with the apartments. Well kitted out, fresh and clean. Great service and we'll definitely be back.
The stone path between the apartments and the hotel.
the space available the levels the facilities offered closeness to the center quiet
Layout, decor and location of apartment was very good.
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, lighting and wi if was poor. Noise from the road was a nuisance in the morning.
Excellent apartment and in an amazing location. The facilities and all the stuff was very good inside the apartment. Its a pity we stayed for only one day.
Location in Inverness was excellent.
Apartment was awkwardly laid out, no dishtowels for kitchen made it hard to clean, WAY WAY WAY overpriced for what you get
This place was huge and was like having a home away from home! Beautifully done inside with all the amenities. Also great location to dining and strolls to the castle and along the river.
The way it was listed online was not very clear. We didn't know until we arrived that our entire family of 6 could have stayed comfortably in 1 apt. Instead because of the online booking system we had reserved 2 apts, which of course cost twice what we needed to pay.
Lots of space in the apartment for 6, good central location free car park and internet
Dirty carpets and walls, no washing machine, very expensive for what's offered. Not even a bar of soap. mold in the shower. Internet patchy. restaurant very expensive, breakfast at 15 £ per head, same price for the Children!
