Friendly and helpful staff, Nice rooms, good breakfast, would stay again. It was good to have WiFi, and also park car at front.
Shower/toilet room extremely small with the washbasin tiny

Hotel staff was very pleasant, gentle comradely. Hotel is peacefully situated and parking was easy front to hotel. Wi-fi had strong signal. Breakfast was great like at home. Certainly come again. Thank you

i like the fact it was a last minute booking at no extra cost.the staff were very helpful the room was as good if not better than the large hotels. My wife and i have stayed in the Grand at Brighton and thought the room we stayed in Skegness although smaller was well presented and an easy match for the larger hotels. All in all very happy with our stay? Would we recommend them to all our friends Yes of course.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable, a good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Titanic room was a little 'tired', needed some attention
The hosts were very accommodating and hospitable, they offered to help me all the time and as a single parent on a trip to the seaside with 2 young children it is much appreciated. The breakfast was also lovely. The general atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely stop again. Thank you.
The rooms was OK. The staff was friendly
Price 50 pound is too much for one night.
the people who run the hotel are the most helpful people I know nothing was too much trouble and i would certainly have no problem telling anyone of the hotel and their friendliness towards their guests
The fact they allowed my small dog to stay.!
Very well placed, really good room, made to feel very welcome. Would like to stay there again.
