Comfortable, friendly staff, clean, good selection breakfast and convenient for town centre. Good value for money. Poor reading light in bedroom, unattractive plants around front door and parking a bit haphazard round the back of the house - this could be tidied up and better use made out of the space.

Very close to both town and beach. Clean and comfortable. Dog friendly. Served up a very good Full English. Would have liked a choice of rooms on arrival as the room across the corridor looked much more comfortable than number 6.

Quirky decor in rooms. We got the Elvis suite, our son got Camelot. Great fun idea although slightly cheesey. Dusty shelves in wardrobe. T shirts etc dusty!
