Friendly and helpful staff despite waking them up after midnight. Close to town and beach. Nice and quiet - alot of hotels have groups of young people. this was not the case here and everyone as respectful to other guests. |

Dispite the hill, its very close to the town centre! Overall we got what we paid for. The breakfast priced at £6.50 each wasn't worth it unfortunately... The breakfast serving time of between 08:45 to 09:15 was poorly organised resulting in massed produced food of a low standerd. |

Other than a badly stained carpet, the room was clean but could have used a picture or two on the walls. The location was ideal for exploring London. the neighbourhood felt very safe. Although there was a breakfast room, no meals were served. Even coffee, tea facilities in the room would have been welcomed. |

Very nice welcome from all of the staff, Newquay itself was pretty quiet when we stayed, popular time for the older holidaymaker, however everyone was very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. also there was free parking to the rear which was great, very easy to get to the beach and town centre so not to far to walk. The Hotel itself was pretty dated, but rooms were clean and comfortable, typical seaside B&B there was nothing we would say we didnt like. |

Friendly staff. Room was very small, bathroom even smaller. Even the breakfast was small; although it was good food. Cheap hotel at £30 each per night but in terms of value for money? Could have got somewhere alot bigger and better for the same amount of money. |
