Everything was lovely and relaxed, Great idea with the Late Key so no need to rush and back, and even got to leave the car in the car park after checking out for the day, Our room was big and clean, decor not as bad as people made out on here. Shower button on/off was a kind of screw which made it hard to turn on and off and the shower head wouldnt stay above our heads kept sliding down, |

Budget accommodation walking distance to main street, quiet, and car parking was available. Staff member recommended good family pub in town for dinner "The Fort". Wifi available. Repairs required, shower broken but worked eventually. Breakfast only served at 8.45am. Cheap because it is basic and dated but it was still clean and was all we needed for 1 night passing through Newquay. |

Ideal locatgion. Nice staff, there was a 3.5% charge on credit cards I was not aware of & they ddn't know about the Wi-fi, though I didn't pursue. Slightly dated, but I didn't care, good value for money still. |

very helpful and friendly staff. room was fine with a wonderful view of the beach and two minutes from shops. what more can anyone want. the introduction of the "late key" was a brilliant idea then you dont feel like you have to be back at a certain time.no problem parking here either. the room was quite small although we were only here for one night so it didn't bother us. |

The location makes it really easy to leave and enter Newquay by car. At the same time it is within easy reach of pubs, shops and restaurants by foot. |

The staff were very friendly and extremely welcoming. It was a comfortable hotel. It was quiet on a night so we could get some sleep. There were younger people also in the hotel, which was good for making friends. The 24hr bar was excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel, it's good value for money and not far from the main street of Newquay. It was very basic, yet clean and comfortable. A bit of modernisation would go far in this hotel, it could be so much more inviting with modern decor'. The breakfast wasn't great, just okay , we preferred to eat breakfast elsewhere. |

breakfast was poor value. they seem to cater for older guests with very small appetites. I would stay again but i would have breakfast elsewhere. |

Staff very friendly & efficient. Alan a very funny guy, Bill behind the bar was charming. The coach party of pensioners staying were a good laugh. If I had to moan , the mattress could have been more comfy and the room rate should include a breakfast in the same price - not charge extra once arrived. |

the bar was well stocked even though we had to pay for our breakfast the food was quite good we only had 30 minutes serving time which was annoying. we was told online that there was entertainment but there wasnt any.We was told there would be newspapers but there wasnt any.The room was very dated and small and very noisy the sink was cracked the toilet made a horrible noise when flushed ,the carpet was wet from i dont know what the t.v. was the smallest possible mind you the room was so small you couldnt have a bigger one the hotel was much to expensive for what it was we also had to pay 3.5 % because we payed by credit card.. |

Friendly and helpful staff despite waking them up after midnight. Close to town and beach. Nice and quiet - alot of hotels have groups of young people. this was not the case here and everyone as respectful to other guests. |

Dispite the hill, its very close to the town centre! Overall we got what we paid for. The breakfast priced at £6.50 each wasn't worth it unfortunately... The breakfast serving time of between 08:45 to 09:15 was poorly organised resulting in massed produced food of a low standerd. |

Other than a badly stained carpet, the room was clean but could have used a picture or two on the walls. The location was ideal for exploring London. the neighbourhood felt very safe. Although there was a breakfast room, no meals were served. Even coffee, tea facilities in the room would have been welcomed. |
