Good,
Score from 308 reviews
“ Nice location with the beach just across the road and a very high hill nearby. I highly recommend climbing to the top of the hill and watching the setting sun there, the view is spectacular. The hotel itself is excellent as well, with spacious, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and both full breakfast and Wi-Fi included in the price. ”

Location was very good, staff very pleasant, food agreeable. Bathroom was good but furniture in the bedroom was very tired and needs replacing. Chairs were not very comfortable. Overall the hotel was very tired looking.

Rooms were fresh and really clean. Although basic they had everything required and had been recently renovated. Excellent sea-view. Breakfast was fresh and well cooked. Food was a little pricey but was fine.

Two staff cared. On arrival parking was non exixtant. Not told about meal times. Missed oit on evening meal, non available after 6.00pm. Room unclean especially bay window area. Months of cobwebs. Bathroom floor sticky. two day stay cut to one. Worst accommodation encountered in many tears of travel. a refund would not of been out of order.

The room was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the bar food was of a high quality and a reasonable price. Draft beer was well kept and changed through the week we were there. Struggling - a teapot to make a pot of tea at breakfast rather than a tea bag in a cup would have been nice.

View from the room, food was delicious, very friendly staff, the bay window in the bedroom. Mould in the shower, ripped chair, dark shower, shaving light not bright enough, no bath.

What a lovely little hotel! Student-ish clientelle in the bar but all well behaved and just enjoying a drink while gazing at the sea. Nice bar, very comfy and clean room, chirpy and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Exterior a bit tired but don't let that put you off. Stay here.

good evening meals, good range of beers no vegetarian breakfast options apart from sausages made from brocoli and carrots - not what I wanted for breakfast. And dishes with parmesan cheese were described as vegetarian, but parmesan is made with animal renet

1. Location, Location, Location 2. Excellent breakfast 1. Whilst having a drink at the bar I enquired at what time did they stop taking orders. I was informed 9pm. At 8:15pm I tried to order only to be informed that the chef had gone home and orders finished at 8pm! 2. Restricted Parking near hotel. 3. No towell rail in bathroom and no where to hang towells
