Food was beautiful
Our ensuite toilets had not been cleaned from the previous occupiant and to put it mildly they were soiled and smelly and only we returned to our room very late we would have demanded either to be reallocated to another room or someone come and clean them. They were absolutely vile.
Bedroom right above function room therefore extremely loud for trying to sleep.
Our bathroom was rather small, nowhere to put things, and the shower doors stuck easily.
comfortable room lovely breakfast
The ensuite was a little small but adequate for our use.
The edroom was too small for 3 single beds. The window catch was broken and the shower room door didn't close. beds were very basic. Breakfast was basic. Bridget
the room was very small for two single beds
The hotel in fairness was exactly as it said....
The bed was totally uncomfortable and the radiator was noisy all night....however, it suited us for this short stay.
Food was very good
Beds uncomfortable bathrooms - sink blocked shower head leaking Curtains very light so very bright in room early morning Bedroom in front of hotel very noisy traffic early morning especially
Great village Safe place for motorbikes
Lovely staff made up for basic facilities.
Very noisy at night with roadside location & very poor noise reduction due to poor windows, very small room & tiny ensuite.
very friendly hotel with great atmosphere, made very welcome.
Staff were very nice and friendly
Hotel needs major refurbishing...very dated...bathroom needed new shower ...old windows not double glazed and draughty ...would not like to stay here in winter..
Late check in was useful
There was no double glazing and the walls were paper thin so we didnt get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very poor. The hotel was significantly overpriced for what you actually get - A B&B would have been much better value for money
I like the food
I love Cushendall so staying at the only hotel there was our only option. Great location of course in this tiny town, nice breakfast and clean rooms.
It's a small hotel, so it is to be expected that there were only a few staff working.
easyjet made us late, night porter made us welcome
The location was great.
The staff were not too friendly and unfortunately our room was facing the main road and we could not sleep due to pub crawlers up until 2.00am.
It's a no nonsense hotel in a wonderful town.
Pleasant atmosphere. Food was 1st class.
Wi fi reception was available only in reception and not very good
The hotel is in a good location. The lady serving breakfast was nice and friendly and the breakfast itself was good.
The bed was uncomfortable and there was no working fan in the bathroom so therefore the bedroom windows were steaming up. With hindsight we should have mentioned this so it could have been repaired.
Staff were friendly and helpfull
décor from the 70's smell of fags in the room Noise from boy death racers in street. No kidding, very scary!!!!
The food was good and very reasonably priced. The staff where very friendly.
Rooms where very basic.
Staff Breakfast Price
Noise Room 11 very small/stuffy

noisy room very hot if window not open
The location, friendly staff, the food
Not really a complaint but the hotel has seen better days and it was getting a bit shabby.
