Parking was a nightmare!
Great B and B. Owners were really friendly and accomodating. Good view and nice family hotel. Would recommend
Very clean, attentive and welcoming hosts.
Personal opinion; curtains too lightweight to keep out early daylight
Hotel was in a quiet location which we wanted but the piers & pleasure beach were easily reached by tram.Hotel was immaculate, rooms were very clean & spacious, breakfast was excellent, hosts were friendly & helpful.WOULD STAY AGAIN.
Nothing,everything was great.
Everything was fine!! Just as it should be. The owners are lovely people. It was so quiet at nights, perfect for chilling after a busy day in Blackpool. Breakfasts were nice. No complaints.
A lovely guest house. Great hosts and very clean throughout. Great location and very enjoyable stay Would definitely recommend and will return.
Although the breakfast was great some fruit or yoghurt would have been a fab addition to the cereal.
Loved this hotel, staff was fabulous and couldn't be any nicer. Super clean hotel with great breakfasts.
Seeing my nan.
Got ripped off with some bed sheets(£25 for new ones what they made of cashmere)even though they are supposed to change them anyway so cheers glenwalden.
staff very friendly. service excellent. food good quality. deluxe bedroom excellent with sea view.
Quality of sleep fair due to issue with double glazing. No fault of owners as only just occurred on last night of stay.
We liked everything about the hotel, our room was large with a sea view. Helen and Ian were perfect hosts, breakfast was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Also hotel was very clean and comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer.
There is nothing we did not like.
Excellent location and friendly interested hosts, nothing too much trouble. Well cooked and well presented breakfast with fresh coffee from a cafetiere each morning, a lovely extra and made waking up for breakfast a treat! Room spotless, we stayed in a family room, this was very well laid out and afforded a lot of privacy. Excellent value for money and very enjoyable stay.
Nothing an enjoyable stay.
Lovely stay. Very friendly.
Very clean room breakfast good quality. Hosts very accommodating at breakfast time.
Room was very hot even overnight a fan in rooms would have been good. Opening hours of bar sketchy ie if lights on we open would have been nice to have a nightcap after we had seen our show.
Hotel nice people where lovely . Nothing was to much trouble . Only stayed the one night . Breakfast was good x
*Location *staff very friendly and welcoming *Great manner, couldn`t do enough for us. *room was very clean and tidy
*It was quite far from park, so you would need to take tram or car * The breakfast was overcooked for my tastes, e.g poached egg was hard and bacon too crispy.
A warm friendly atmosphere, fantastic room, lovely breakfast and two hosts that genuinely care that you are happy, nothing seems too much trouble.
There is nothing not to like!
room was lovely & food great
a little far to walk but easy on tram
Location was great Cleanliness of the room and bathroom Hostess was helpful and pleasant
Quad room was too small for 4 adults Small sized tv, not flat screen Kettle which took ages to boil Host not very friendly
Everything about this delightful hotel was fab, wonderful hosts, spotless facilities, excellent breakfast, and location spot on! Will deffo return, the hotel had all the history and nostgial of Blackpool, but with all the modern facilities we all now expect! Just wish we would of had more time to watch the sunset in the delightful sun terrace, with a glass of wine, will do that on our next visit! Special shout out for the fairy lights and lamps, a much loved Blackpool tradition!
Nothing except my trip went to quick!
The Ambience, Humble & helpful owners
The Sea view wasn't available even though we booked for it.
A great place to stay.
Friendly owners really welcoming
Wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like!
