On training course for the week when i stayed there everybody very helpfull and accomidating also nice and quite at night and would recomend it nothing

Hotel owner very friendly, but selling up. Good breakfast The hotel was cold and I had to put on a tee shirt and socks in bed to get warm Toilet paper was on the last few sheets Its obvious he is running it down before converting it to flats

The owner, Martin was very kind and helpful. It was very quiet in the hotel overnight. Beds were very creaky.

Overall, very good stay, friendly helpful staff, good value for money. Also included a 10 per cent discount on a very nice restaurant close by called Essence. just need to remove the sign outside the front door that states wrong check in times. We arrived at 2 in the afternoon and no one was there, on seeing the sign which stated check in between 4pm and 8pm we had went off and returned at four only to find out that the person on the desk had only popped out for 15 mins.

Quiet and convenient for Stratford-upon-Avon. There were roadworks making access to the hotel difficult. A warning e-mail could have been sent.

A warm welcome from Martyn; clean and comfortable room well stocked with tea/coffee/water; small bathroom but large, modern shower; excellent freshly cooked breakfast and good selection of cereals/toast/jams etc. A very pleasant 2 night stay as a jumping off point to exploring the surrounding countryside. Bed bases on both twin beds squeaked!
