Everything was great. The Welcome wad warm and friendly. Comfy room great bed with feather duvet. Great breakfast. Thank you very much. Jean.
Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. The annex provides privacy and comfort, with a warm welcome from the owner, Samantha. Breakfast served in the main house was excellent.
Nothing not to like
Pub just across the road with excellent food.
Nothing, it was great
Owner very friendly. Private and comfortable room. Free wifi. Breakfast was excellent quality and delicious.
Couldn't fault the B&B!

The fact was only their one night as could have spent a week here
This is a gem of a place and we would recommend it to anybody. Laxton is a very pretty village too.Samantha is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble.
A beautiful place for a relaxing weekend. Samantha is a lovely, welcoming host. Great pub/restaurant across the road too. Would definitely recommend Ivy Cottage.
Beautifully presented and well appointed room with lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and Samantha and her husband were friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. I had a wonderful two nights here. Highly recommended!
Nothing - it was all lovely
Lovely cottage,in peaceful location
Everything. Sam was an amazing host. Couldn't do enough to facilitate my stay. Amazing little cottage.
Nothing at all.
Lovely and friendly couple.felt really at home.couldnt do enough for us.booked us in across the road in the pub for a meal and it was excellent.cant gush enough.
There isn't much there but we knew that.it was a base for us to go from.so for us no negatives.
The owner, Samantha, is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed 4 nights and every morning she prepared a superb breakfast with local products. Room was very cosy and the bed was very comfortable. We had a totally relaxed stay in Laxton. Across the B&B is a very good Inn, The Dovecote, where each night, we had a wonderful diner.
Friendly welcome Opposite a great pub Lovely rooms in very quiet village Left alone to enjoy stay Lovely dog joins you for breakfast in the vain hope he might get some of it - no chance; too good to share! Lots of little extras in bathroom and nothing missing from the breakfast table so all good.
Nothing a problem for me but sloped gravel drive may not allow easy disabled access which is a pity as once in the annex it is on one floor Set up more as vacation stop rather than business so business people wanting to work may not find the set up to their liking if staying several days
The accommodation, which is independent of the main house was very comfortable. An excellent breakfast was had in the main house. Laxton was an interesting village, most of it belongs to Crown Estate. There is an excellent pub across the road.
Good location for where I needed to be, lovely host and breakfast. Clean and comfortable with a very good pub just across the road.
