Staff at reception and breakfast and health club was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Though minibar was mentioned in the hotel description, the one in my room did not work. When I enquired at reception, I was told the all the minibars in the hotel had been switched off: there was room service! Very inconvenient, when you are a single guest and only want a cold drink or like to use the minibar like me buying perishable food on the last day to take home abroad. It should be made known in the general hotel description that there are no more minibars at this hotel. Make sure that you do not get a room facing the carpark - there is a constant come and go from 5.00 o'clock in the morning until midnight. |

We found it very pleasent and welcoming, the staff were very friendly. The disabled facilities in the bathroom were very helpful to my wife. But it needs some type of heating as my wife found it quite cold.Also a chair of some sort would be handy to sit on whilst getting dried. |

I liked everything about the Goodwood Park hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful and anticipated our every need. The decor was so calming and restful when we had endured a long journey. The floral arrangements were so beautiful, but we wondered whether English flowers could not be used e.g. bunches of snowdrops.Everything about the bedroom exuded comfort and luxury. Relaxing with friends and general friendliness of the staff Long rambling corridors which took an age to reach hotel facilities. Doors to rooms seem excessively noisy on closing and we unfortunately were next door to a party group on the saturday night. |
