We received a warm welcome on check in.
The room was bitterly cold all night despite turning radiator on and we had no hot water for showering in the evening or the following morning!
Location plus the views
Heating not working correctly
Staff were very nice. The course looked lovely.
The bed was covered in a rubber sheet, I'm assuming they have had a few bad experiences.
The quietness and views. Staff were more than helpful and lovely
Bed was a little hard for me, but that's very much a personal thing
Very helpful friendly staff and a lovely location.
The bathroom wasn't very clean with mouldy grout around the tiles. After riding a bike all day I was disappointed to find the shower didn't work very well.
Quite surroundings.' Views,
Bar staff were excellent very helpful
Chef went home at 8:20pm so had to go out and get a take away for dinner. Condition of bedroom was poor stained and worn carpet shower and hose was covered in scale and dirt not nice.
Ideal for a trip to Gower peninsula. Nice golf course with stunning views and 3 tough holes (10, 11, 12) Other courses within reach in 20 minutes drive.
shower cabin a little bit small for mighty man.
Really friendly staff, very helpful, we had a really early start for a nearby triathlon and unable to take the inclusive breakfast, we were provided with cereal and fresh milk.
Didn't have time to try the golf course.
Good location, staff all friendly and helpful
meal choice a bit limited and dishes 'off the menu'
The Food and the staff. They put themselves out for our anniversary dinner. Good assistant chef.
Accommodation on the edge of being too basic. Ideal for a stag party stopover.
Fantastic views. Beds were clean and comfy, breakfast was ample, nice quality and good variety, but the room was quite cold to sit in. Some music would have been nice. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.
Location is remote.Be warned, the approach roads are narrow and winding! But this is the Gower and that's what the Gower is. Stayed during a particularly cold spell for August, and room temperature was just about tolerable, no heating on, so towels stayed damp.
Great location and views- cosy and unique rooms.
Booked a double and had two single beds pushed together- restaurant not as good as advertised. Breakfast was good- but service slow.
Good food, excellent breakfast, good location and very helpful friendly staff
The chairs are very worn and the cushions have lost there spring so sit down slowly. The room are tired and could do with a bit to TLC
Very quiet at night on a golf course. Reasonably priced. Comfortable bed.
Mould in the bathroom. Curtains had an unpleasant odour. Room tired and needed a facelift. Arrived late afternoon, enquirer about getting dinner in the restaurant. Told to be there between 6and 8. Arrived at 6.30 to the golf club lounge as restaurant closed. Staff Sid they would check with the chef about a meal then told the chef had closed the kitchen.masked where we could get a meal, but the closest town was 20 minutes away by car. Difficult to find an open door in the morning to get to the breakfast room.
Position - high on hill overlooking estuary - friendly atmosphere throughout - variety of rooms for meals - great breakfast options - real ale in the bar
Would benefit from heated towel radiator in bathroom
Very friendly helpful staff
The view of a shed, there generally was a great view ours was covered by a shed but it was a last minute booking
A nice location and good facilities for the visiting golfer. Good breakfasts and friendly, helpful staff.
The room could have been prepared better, a little more focus on the leaking radiators, missing toiletries and poorly maintained shower fixtures. The noise from the radiators was sufficient to wake us up before the break of day which meant two restless nights. Maintenance sorely needed....
Location Food Staff Quiet and relaxing
Bar closed at 10.30
Location and breakfast.
Dinner at the restaurant.
Tuna sandwich...eventualy with tea ! The bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant...But ..not attentive enough towards... visitors..orders. maybe short staffed ?

The beer,the leaving
