We stayed 1 night midweek while there for a concert in Perth and this was the first time we had stayed at the hotel. Owners couldn't have made us feel more welcome, room was spacious and very clean and tastefully decorated. We didn't have dinenr but breakfast the next morning was excellent and will happily be back soon we hope.

Location was ok and price was ok. It was clean and seems to have been refurbed in recent times. Bed was large and comfy and I enjoyed the cooked breakfast. We were upgraded to slightly larger room 15 at no extra cost. Parking was dead easy and right outside. Cheery reception and breakfast staff. - No heating on in hotel on arrival but was switched on at our request - no bath and the shower was a dripo drip Mira electric one - the lighting above the bathroom mirror made me feel aged 100 and seemed from East Europe - too many items of furniture crammed into the bedroom making it seem cramped (especially the chest of drawers up against the side of the bed) - curtains finished 12" too short allowing draught and light in

The Hotel was near the city centre and offered a fine breakfast. The first night a private party (maybe a birthday), with alive band, took place under our room up to midnight. It was impossible to sleep a wink! A hotel should not have rooms directly over party halls. In general, the Hotel facilities do not justify the quite hight price.

The friendliness of the staff. The lovely tastey bar lunch we had. The water pressure noise that woke us up at 7.30 am on the sunday morning sounding like a fire alarm. The bed needed a new mattress as it was sagging. A milk jug used at breakfast had a hairline crack.

Our stay at the Grampian met all expectations and we look forward to returning. On arrival my partner and I found we had been upgraded from a standard double to an executive room. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times (Especially Ally who made us feel very welcome!!). Food and accommodation were excellent. We highly recommend the Grampian for visiting Perth.

Easy to find and good location for exploring Perth. Breakfast was well cooked and the cost of dinner and wine in the hotel were reasonable. The room faced the main road and does not have air conditioning so we had the window open. The traffic noise was a problem for me as I am a light sleeper but my wife slept ok.

Good sized room, light and airy. Nice cotton bedding. Friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better - very greasy/deep fried? potato scone. Jam and marmalade the congealed type you get in a plastic packet.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly. This hotel is on a busy main road, and the noise from outside traffic and people shouting at early hours in the street outside meant I did not get much sleep. This would not necessarily affect people who are used to the city

The location is good (close to the bus and train station, supermarket nearby, town centre). The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Wi-fi was free (bring your own laptop). Tea/coffee/ biscuits in the room, which was nice after a long day walking !!! Can't fault this hotel. The only negative point was the door of the shower (it was a bit difficult to close it)

Staff were very friendy from the start. Room was quite basic but clean with comfortable beds. Good breakfast and staff were prompt and efficient. Hotel location was good for easy walking distance to shops, pubs and nice little restaurants. Not a fancy hotel but was good value for money.
