Situacion muy centrica y al lado del metro

La ubicación perfecta para una escapada de fin de semana. La amabilidad del personal de recepción para consultas puntuales sobre desplazamientos. La posibilidad de obtener una habitación mejor por iniciativa del hotel, pensando en la comodidad del usuario.

No funcionaba correctamente las tarjeta de acceso a los ascensores, fue realmente en algunos momentos bastante incomodo

La situación.

Sí, el personal del hotel no habla español, se limitan al ingles, tuvimos un pequeño problema y gracias que sabíamos un poco de ingles, sino nos dejan en la calle. Pedimos una habitación doble y otra twin y nos dieron dos habitaciones dobles, una más grande y otra más pequeña. El precio es excesivo para la calidad de las habitaciones. Es un hotel para no llevar niños.

Clean, quiet room with great modern furnishings. Very comfortable. I felt quite safe as a woman traveling alone.

The hotel itself was great, but the staff was a disaster. My check-in experience was so incompetent that it took longer than the late-night drive from Heathrow (really). Housekeeping did not regularly remove and replace used glasses and coffee mugs (sometimes they were removed but not replaced, other days replaced, etc.). Housekeeping took but did not replace soiled towels left on the floor after several days. When I finally ran out of all towels, I learned that the hotel had no clean towels available. They were finally delivered by a nice staff member, but at 11 pm. Let me reiterate: the hotel itself was great and the location was unbeatable. The staff was remarkably ineffective for the caliber of the hotel (and the price).

The staff were very accommodating with an early check in and having booked two rooms they ensured they were very close to each other. A faultless location for a city break.

My room was clean and well appointed and all the staff I met were helpful friendly and efficient.

Breakfast is in a most inhospitable bar (for first thing in the morning, anyway) and is extremely basic for the money charged

My daughter and I stayed for one night, and we were really pleased that everything we wanted was right on the doorstep, from the tube to the enbankment. Trafalgar square is five minutes walk away.The hotel felt very safe and secure with the room key used as a pass in the lifts.

As we only stayed room only, we didn't have a look around. our time was only a short one. There was nothing to dislike.

We got a fantastic rate on booking.com. Great location. Easy walk to all the sights and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not see a ton of staff walking around, which I appreciated. It was easy to get someone if you needed. Loved the chilled water dispenser. Hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable.
